Best place to unwind with loved ones, including my Papillon crew. The property is well maintained and fully stocked kitchen ware. I've been there now several times and each time it is consistently great. Best of all, the stunning views and sounds of Northern California's wonder.

Castle House is fantastic! Perfect beachfront house with everything you need for a memorable stay at Stinson Beach. Owner was great and made sure we had a great stay at her home. Would definitely visit again!

What a great place/location to stay. Lots of views, walking, hiking, close to evrything. I you want to drive off either north or south you can't go wrong. The local market is well stocked with everything you could want, great quality and the couple restaurants were bustling. Nice little park nearby . People are friendly, dogs too and the vibe in the house and surroundings awesome We'll come back for sure!

Fabulous beach front location. Enjoyed every day even when the weather added some rain to our stay, we were still enjoying the ocean waves from the turret couch.Look forward to returning.

Right on the beach, you couldn’t ask for more! Loved the location definitely.The house was clean, and we all felt right at home.The only thing I would list in the bio, is the water goes into a holding tank so you have to limit shower time, and really conserve water usage. Also, only 2 cars allowed to park at house and there is no other room down the street.Other than those inconveniences it was a very enjoyable stay!I hope to return!

Castle House is magical! There is nothing like being in a simple yet fully stocked beautiful home and stepping out into the sand and out to the ocean!!! My dream come true.Because this is a house on the ocean with special requirements, there is little flexibility around having guests or changing any of the original agreement. Also, water usage is a thing and care around how much is used is important. The host supplies most everything you would want inside and outside. Note, the seating is only adequate. There is not a super comfortable melt into chair/couch to be had inside or outside. This is a lovely place for a couple or maybe a family of 4 who want a more solitary stay.

My sons and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Castle House. It's amazingly located right on the beach. One of our pleasures was relaxing in the comfortable "turret" couch and enjoying watching all the activities on the beach, from dogs having the time of their lives, to kids playing wiffle ball, to teenagers playing beach volleyball, to older folks walking peacefully in the early morning mist. Just people having a great time in a gorgeous and very special place. Our birder family member also saw and heard lots of birds. The Castle House is a short walk to "downtown" Stinson, specifically to a coffee shop with good coffee and delish pastries. We cooked dinner at the Castle House both nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Castle House stay will be remembered for its comfort and uniqueness.

Fun location

Even though we had a couple of colder days, we had a wonderful time staying inside the Castle House watching the dogs playing up and down the beach.
