We had a difficult experience with 360 blue. The house and watercolor were beautiful! So enjoyed our time at watercolor. When we arrived the cleaning staff were sitting smoking on the front porch- which is a problem when our child has asthma. The house, esp the carriage house - was not well cleaned and items were not working. Matthew, excellent employee, came and fixed items and Sunday the cleaning staff came and cleaned again/ esp sleeper sofas. Check out was equally as problematic, as check out was at 10 am and cleaning staff came at 830 and began cleaning, even when a guest was still in the home and the inspector was rude to our remaining guest. The inspector came around 930/940- before check out. With each problem, we contacted 360 blue- each time speaking to a different person. Seems staff is remote, not easily accessible and problems were not effectively resolved. We have previously rented with 360 blue. Will return to watercolor, as we do several times a year, but will NOT use 360 blue.
