We were there for three full days. On the second day we had a plumbing issue. Contacted company that supports and it was super messy. They kept sending self help options and videos, but with wifi being iffy, it was inefficient at best. They could not get a plumber to come in, and we could not use the kitchen sink. Issue came the first time we used garbage disposal, and we have one at home, so we did not cause issue. Ended up my son in law and my husband had to work on it, went and bought a couple of things and fixed. They were out when the issue started. I literally spent about 5 hours back and forth with the support folks for the house, and with three grandkids in the house, it was not fun and it was stressful. We could not use sink in kitchen. The lady helping us was very nice, but the solutions were not in par with what we needed, which was having someone come in and fix issue. Otherwise, house was nice, well suited for our needs.
