John, we are glad to hear you were able to enjoy the close proximity to the beach access that Blue Sol offers as well as that the home was as depicted on our website. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance hiccups that you encountered during your stay. Thank you for letting us know of the dishwasher during your stay. A member of our maintenance team came out and checked the drain line to make sure there wasn’t a clog and also cleaned the filter out and ran the dishwasher. After it still wouldn’t drain, we had to contact a repairman, which ultimately delays the repair. Thank you for letting us know about the upstairs shower and master bedroom toilet. We will certainly let our team know about these items so they can be addressed. Had you let us know about the pool deck and driveway, we would have been more than happy to send someone out to address it. Again, thank you for letting us know of these items and we will pass them along to our team so that they can be addressed.

From the incredible backyard complete with a large private pool, outdoor dining area, and outdoor kitchen, Blue Sol is a great home for a large family to gather. We apologize for any inconveniences you may have encountered with the Wi-Fi. If you ever run into any of these types of issues in the future, please let us know and we would be happy to send our maintenance team over to take a look and take further action with a vendor if necessary. Thank you for letting us know of the suggestions for a new can opener and storage container. We will certainly let our team know of your suggestion. We apologize for the hiccups that you mentioned and are sorry these weren’t able to be taken care of during your stay. After your departure, our team delivered more propane, disposed of the broken glass, bottle caps, and cigarette butts, cleaned the wall and replaced the shower rings in the downstairs bathroom. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that we will see you on 30A again soon.
