Beautiful condo. The only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress and pillows - they were awful. And, of course, the elevators! I’m sure you’ve heard that before! But the condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

Reviewer Comments: Remotes all needed batteries and the stove likely does not work well (e.g.one eye too hot, oven takes a long while to reach temp), but overall it is a nice property. Not beach front, so beware if that is what you are wanting, but does have a side view of the beach.

The Adult pool was not crowded at all. The snack bar had good quick food and drinks at the pool. Complex is well kept and updated.

Great condo, wait times for elevator AWFUL

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was phenomenal. Comfortable, roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area for adults was really nice and it was easy access to the beach. If you need to go anywhere and he on time, leave 30 minutes to an hour before you need to be there because you will wait FOREVER for an elevator. There are only SIX elevators for a massive complex with 26+ floors and hundreds of rooms. It really was ridiculous. I saw two ladies almost get into a fight because one felt the other cut the line to get on. The cleanliness of the elevators left a lot to be desired. They smelled sour because wet people are getting on and off of them all day. They did seem to swap out the carpets when we told them about it and it was better

Everything was wonderful! The only problem was the elevator waits! But with such a large property that was to be expected. Suggestion of staggered check in times might help?! But the unit was just right for our family group of 10!

Perfect season to visit Orange Beach, AL

Our family enjoyed this condo which was ideal for our 10 day stay. I read in the reviews prior to selecting that the views in the morning and evening are pleasant and enjoyable. We agree! Love that fact that this condo offered one king, one queen, two full size beds along with one twin. Four bedrooms and a nice laundry. The king bed was really comfortable and not one complaint from my spouse😊. Everything was clean and comfy upon our arrival. Nothing like walking into a condo and feeling like we can be comfortable. The contact person responded to me in a timely manner which I appreciated!

Great Condo

The Condo is amazing. The only down side is it is not on the ocean side of the building that was my fault though for not reading the listing fully I just missed that. The condo management is great though coffee machine was broken and that was fixed next day they were super responsive. Great place.

Condo great! Building needs attention.

This condo was wonderful. The only things we found difficulty we had was with some of the lighting. In one bedroom, the lamp was broken and we could not find a switch for the overhead light. In another bedroom, one of the lamps had no lightbulb. Other than these things the condo was perfect. On the day of checkout, we had issues with the elevators. Only 3 of the 6 seemed to be working and it took over an hour for an elevator to arrive on our floor. We started waiting for an elevator at 9:30 and it was well after 11:00 before we could get all of our belongings down to our car.

Great Property

Condo was exactly as described and was wonderful! Easy access to the beach/pool/activities. There were 10 of us in the group and we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped for space. Would definitely visit the area again and would stay at the Phoenix West II.

Lovely Condo

We thought the condo was very cute and spacious. The elevator situation was terrible the day of check in, which is of no fault to the property owners. The only thing I would suggest is adding more towels. With 10 of us, there was just not enough towels. The master did not have a hand towel and the kitchen only had one dishtowel and one dishrag. It was nice having sand toys and beach chairs in the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

This was ideal for the size of our family. All the amenities we hoped for were available, i.e. cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. Property is clean, quiet, and large.

Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and had all we needed. I took my mother and 2 of my grown childrenand their significant other. Plenty of space for us. The workout room is nice. The outdoor pool area was nice. Didn't use the indoor pool. Direct access to the beach was great. This is out 3rd trip to Orange Beach and we love the area. If this condo was on a lower floor or the resort would do something about the elevators we would definitely book again. I gave 5 stars for the condo itself because the owner deserves it. But the time we spent waiting on elevators makes it tough to reserve again. My 70 year old mother can't hike down 24 flights of stairs. I will note that through the week it was better. Get up and moving early and not much wait. Go grocery shopping at 6 am or late after 9 pm. Waiting an hour for elevator with groceries stinks. Condo gets 5 stars but Phoenix needs to fix their problems.

Elevators!!!

Beautiful condo. Large well equipped kitchen! Problem too few elevators for a 32 story condo. What were the builders thinking? Probably not a problem on off season some people waited 1 hour to get on.
