The house of mold

Clearly, the house has mold issues by the smells and stains. I urge anyone not to rent this property because the property manager and host/owner lack the experience of proper maintenance.

Perfect Location

Centrally located, clean, well stocked cottage. Everything you need is very close by. You really can’t beat it for the price!

Fishing Vacation

Perfect and comfortable. Was able to eat all my meals and have coffee at the cottage. Quiet location and in a perfect spot to visit several fishing spots within minutes. This was the second time staying here. Communication with the host was always pleasant. Thanks

Anniversary

I’m writing for my husband. My husband and I stayed from July 30th- August 2nd for our anniversary . We looked at many other places and had to plan accordingly it is hard to do so with 4 kids! We have been going to Montauk for about 15 years and this was by far the best trip we have ever been on there. When we arrived we were able to meet Louis who was so warm and friendly! The house is so clean and welcoming. I loved everything about it! The bed was so comfortable, I haven’t slept that good in along time. The ACs worked superb and it made it so comfortable after a long day out. The backyard was so cute and the lights in the back added a cozy feeling. We rode bikes into town day and night , as well as the beach and having the house so close was absolutely amazing. We watched the sunset every night and our final day we watched the sunrise. I did not want to leave !! We have used Vbro for many years and Dana was by far the best! She is an absolute fantastic host so kind and thoughtful and so easy to get in touch with and easy to talk to. She did everything to accommodate us we couldn’t have asked for anything more! I cannot wait to get back to this little slice of heaven.

Great location, cute house

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4 (two teen boys). With a twin air mattress we were able to sleep 4 no problem. The house is so cute and nicely decorated, and a great quick walk or bike ride to town. We had a lot of fun exploring the area, and it was great to have a kitchen to grab a quick breakfast before heading out or to pack sandwiches for the beach for lunch. The outside space is nicely done as well and we enjoyed sitting outside one evening.

Cute little house

We had a great time. It’s had all the comforts of home away from home. Love the privacy. Easy walk to town. Food was great. Dana was awesome. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Deal , Cozy Spot , great location

Five stars ....Dana was super nice and helpful. The Cottage was cozy , private and walking distance to beach, stores , restaurants and town. If you want to grill or use kitchen there is everything you need to make it happen. If you want to buy fresh lobster to make at home call Bennet seafood. Highly recommended! Nice clean and refinished bathroom . Good AC and Comfy bed. Thanks Dana

Amazing place in Montauk! So happy with my stay here, the cottage was great and had all that you needed! Great backyard area for BBQ. So close to town and the beach Dana was helpful with any questions and was very quick to respond I can’t wait to stay here again!

Cute cottage… great location

This one bedroom cottage was perfectly suited for a couple. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Loved the back yard and grill.

Perfect cottage for couple, short walk to town

My fiancé and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at Dana’s cottage. The interior is well maintained and was very comfortable. The property is in a very preferable location — a short 10 minute walk to town/beach and 5 minute walk to Surf Lodge. We hope to stay again next year!
