Excellent location. House was nice. Coffee shop directly across the street was great. French Truck coffee. 3 restaurants within walking distance. High Hat cafe, great fried oysters. Charlie’s steakhouse and Pasqual Manales.

Lovely place with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Easy street parking in front of the house. Location feels very safe and has easy access to restaurants and coffee shops.A couple of blocks to walk to street car then direct line into the city.

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay while we visited the city. The location is great, a great little coffee shop across the street, walkable to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean.

We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great long weekend stay. The location is perfect- a short walk to the street car and a close walk to the nearest grocery. The coffee place across the street also made the stay that much better. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit.

Perfect across the board!

Check in was easy. The residence was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, as well as being quite lovely. The location is excellent. The host responds promptly and is helpful with dining tips.

Sweet spot in Garden district

This was our second time staying here. Clean and comfortable as always and a prime location for whatever you need to do in NOLA. We really enjoyed the convince of so many local restaurants in walking distance!

Comfortable Haven During the Snowpocalypse

We enjoyed our short vacation in New Orleans even though it coincided with below-freezing temperatures and an historic snowstorm. We were so glad to have such a comfortable spot to hunker down and stay indoors. The historic character of the house is nicely preserved with modern conveniences slotted in as needed.

Cute shotgun house!

This house is conveniently located to several restaurants and an awesome coffee shop just across the street! House is tastefully decorated, has hardwood floors, and perfect for our family.

We enjoyed being right across from a coffee shop. It was a short walk to the St Charles streetcar and we enjoyed riding it every day. House was nice and cool after a hot day and it worked well for our group.

Awesome!

We had a great stay in this traditional shotgun style home. Note, you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the back bedroom. It had everything we needed including a fantastic coffee shop right across the street! I highly recommend this rental!!!!

Amazing Mardi Gras spot!

Wonderful house in a great spot! Stayed here for a girls trip for the first part of Mardi Gras… House was perfect. Very clean, very cute, very safe location. Steps from parade routes. Will be back!

Perfect stay!

Very quiet street but with a coffee shop. Have had problems in the past with street parking but not here. Beautiful remodeled old house. The flavor of old New Orleans with modern amenities. Thank you!

Very nice place and location was great too. There are several places to eat with in two blocks.

Everything about the house was super! We had no issues at all. The place was clean, beds were comfortable.We will be coming back in the near future!

Roomy handsome house and neighborhood

12 foot ceilings, pretty (nonworking) fireplaces, interesting art on the walls, comfortable beds, nice-looking bathrooms with especially nice floor tiles, responsive host.
