Built in 2017 and recently refreshed in 2026, this modern Uptown home offers a clean, cozy home base just steps from some of the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local favorites.

You can walk to more than 20 restaurants and coffee shops, Tulane and Loyola Universities, and historic St. Charles Avenue. The home is also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the Convention Center, making it easy to enjoy the best of New Orleans while staying in a quieter, neighborhood setting.

After a day exploring the Crescent City, come home to a bright, well-maintained space with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a gated backyard. I moved down to New Orleans from Chicago to attend college in 2007, and fell in love with the city! I moved back to New Orleans in 2015 and started to work on buying a home. When the opportunity to build a new home in the Freret Corridor became available, I jumped on it! I am very proud of my home, and I reside on the other side of the property with my girlfriend and our Golden Retriever, Gus.

I love the developing neighborhood of the Freret Corridor. There are so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance of our home! We love to take Gus on walks along the corridor to get coffee in the morning.

The home is conveniently located so you can get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to the streetcar on St. Charles!
