Built in 2017 and recently refreshed in 2026, this modern Uptown home offers a clean, cozy home base just steps from some of the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local favorites.

You can walk to more than 20 restaurants and coffee shops, Tulane and Loyola Universities, and historic St. Charles Avenue. The home is also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the Convention Center, making it easy to enjoy the best of New Orleans while staying in a quieter, neighborhood setting.

After a day exploring the Crescent City, come home to a bright, well-maintained space with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a gated backyard. Not the owners fault,but when booking with pets make sure it stays on the system. House was great, last minute booking. On street parking was tight but that's New Orleans. Beautiful home

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host response was excellent. We would recommend this safe and quiet rental. The one thing that would make this property even better would be some grass in the backyard. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

Everything was just as described. It was the perfect spot for 3 of us. Sometimes the hotel jsut gets crowded with being in the same room with the same bathroom, so this was ideal. The location was great, the amenities were perfect and everything was very nice and clean.

Great place close to a ton of restaurants

This is a beutiful place just a few minutes walk to all the great restauaants on Freret street. Inside is big and open with marble counters and crown molding that makes the space pop

Wonderful location

We enjoyed walking around near Tulane. Also the local nearby restaurants and bars were great. The house was just right us. It was clean and comfy.

Great place

Our stay in New Orleans was heightened by the comfort of the rental. Great local food / coffee options, walkable to St Charles street car line. Easy street parking made it great.

I moved down to New Orleans from Chicago to attend college in 2007, and fell in love with the city! I moved back to New Orleans in 2015 and started to work on buying a home. When the opportunity to build a new home in the Freret Corridor became available, I jumped on it! I am very proud of my home, and I reside on the other side of the property with my girlfriend and our Golden Retriever, Gus.

The home is conveniently located so you can get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to the streetcar on St. Charles!
