I loved this location!!!

The home overall was perfect for our family/friend stay. Took us 2mins to walk to the beach and there was plenty stores and food in close distance so it made it easier to enjoy our place and our surroundings. Would definitely stay at this location again nice and clean and provided us extra linens and towels for our stay.

Perfect location!

A public beach, not too crowded, is 1.5 blocks away! There were jets and helicopters flying over the beach constantly during the day, which our toddler loved. Close to coffee shop and restaurants. We used the kitchen and the little grill on the patio. Also, the pool was refreshing after we all got sunburned.

Worth the stay

The property was in decent shape. The beds were substantially lower quality than expected, even in the master. The springs were poking through on the couch bed as well as the linens being stained from previous renters. The lawn plastic lawn chairs on the porch were broken and unusable, the dryer took several hours to dry small loads, the dishwasher had a mind of its own. The ac worked well tho, which was a plus. Response from the property manager was quick and painless, Other than having to for the access code. Felt as If they feared I would check in early. The layout of the second bedroom was very inconvenient. Had too much useless furniture. Would be better with bunk beds instead of the desk.

We are happy to know that you felt the air conditioning unit worked well and you were provided with overall quick responses during your stay. Please accept our apology for any frustration or discomfort experienced. Normally an email is sent at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, for a 4:00 p.m. check-in, which provides door codes, gate codes, parking information, etc. We will forward your comments regarding the beds, couch, dryer, outside chairs, and dishwasher to property managers so that they may review and assess these pieces and provide any suggestions to the owner of this unit. It would be their decision to replace such items. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

My concerns were dismissed by RealJoy representative

Informed them of cockroaches and they responded with minor issues. No TP holder in hall bathroom and terrible smell in living room furniture. My family and I have never had a negative issue so I was surprised with the attitude of this Realty company. I informed of all issues at beginning of vacation and left today with no resolve. I should've taken reviews on property more seriously. Lesson Learned.

Rae, please accept our apology for any discomfort or frustration experienced during your stay in this two-bed, two-bath townhouse. We see that we were messaged on the 16th, to let us know that you were enjoying your stay but had seen a few cockroaches, noticed an odor, and there was no toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom. We were told that that was no need for anyone to come out during your stay. Our notes show that on the 17th, a request was made for someone to come by. An inspector sprayed, as well as a licensed professional. We would have been more than happy to try and resolve any issues, including the odor and toilet paper holder, that were brought to our attention had we had permission to enter this unit. Good but could be great!

Our overall stay was good. I would say great if not for a few things I really didn’t enjoy. There was sand all over the bed in the master bedroom, cockroaches and small roaches were seen too often and the dryer is so loud and squeaky. Fix those things and you’ll have a 5 star place.

Springy Time

My husband, our 13 yr old son and I needed a little beachy vacation and this was a great location. It was about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach but kind of a pain because it was all private access for about a block to 2 blocks either way along the road. The house/bungalow was the perfect size. Had a great covered patio with an electric griddle was perfect for cooking burgers. The pool left a little to be desired but that's what the gulf is for, right lol. Also a great location for food, shops and other activities.

Miramar Beach Gulf #7

Great location and very convenient. Bathrooms were clean but overall the furnishings/carpet could use replacing (tired/dirty/weird smells). Not sure we would stay here again.

1 bed had sands on top, one bed room rug was wet, rugs were not clean Someone that was not the manager come to us, counting how many we were, told us about the rules about parking, pool and noise, he said he lives there, was not a happy camper

Loved Loved Loved!!!

This is the second stay here for my family and I. So many good memories here and already looking to book for next year! Great location. The kids loved the pool. The other guests were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location, condo needs work

You really can’t beat the location of this place. Legitimately a block from the beach. The amount of space worked for the 5 of us fine but the condo was not clean. The carpets in the bedroom looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed & just need to be replaced. Tried to vacuum myself but the one supplied didn’t work. If this is what’s being used by the cleaning people, that might be the problem. The outdoor patio table was covered with ashes & there was an I emptied ashtray as well. A hair on the shower wall. A vape cartridge on the dresser where my kids were sleeping. I wore shoes the whole time because it grossed me out to walk barefoot.

we loved it

everything was very easy with their whole process. we loved the location because there was never any parking so being able to walk to the beach was def nice. the pull out couch was broken but they gave us an air mattress basically as soon as i told them. we would def book this place again!

The property was easy to find, cozy and maintained.

Our family had a great time here. The location was ideal, one block walk to the beach and short drive to stores, restaurants and activities. The house was clean and ready for us. The beds were fully set and there was lots of towels. The kitchen had all cooking utensils and equipment needed. The pool onsite was a plus for the kids. The screened in patio was ideal for the kids and clothes line perfect for drying towels. We would certainly stay here again.
