The host and property steward were very attentive and took care of all of our needs. The home was beautiful and spacious and the grounds were perfect for our family’s gatherings and celebrations! The location was also a big plus because it was not too far from Nashville but also close to everything else we needed.

Great home with property to enjoy the pool, pond and outdoors close to Nashville. The house was very clean, furnished with all the necessities you could ask for and then some. Excellent communication in our booking and leading into our stay in addition to the supporting property manager during our visit. This house should be a must for anyone looking to spend time with a large group in the Nashville area that want to be close to the city while getting to enjoy a wonderful country setting with exquisite amenities everyone can enjoy together.

This was a perfect house for our small family wedding!! House was very clean, had plenty of pool towels, plenty of bath towels, fully stocked kitchen and the pool was very nice.Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the house. We definitely recommend this house for any gatherings!!!

We had a wonderful experience the house was beautiful. We had 15 people and a small dog, with plenty of space. The pool was awesome, we had it heated and it was perfect. Lots of seating around pool area, we spent alot of time outside. Philip was wonderful, he helped us out a few times with questions and he was very nice. We would definetely stay again

This was a wonderful place for us to host our large family gathering. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped kitchen, great yard for the kids to run around and fish, multiple areas for people to gather, talk, play games and just be together. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was loved by all! We would definitely use this property/host again.

Absolutely loved staying at Willow Pond!! Looking forwars to another stay in the future! The pool was heated and so much fun!! So much room for all of us in the house. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Best weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and it was amazing! The property is so beautiful, clean, and so well stocked. Dudley is an exceptional host and communicated to us everything we needed to know about the area and the property. We are already talking about booking again for our next family get together!

Amazing experience

This house and property were perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had a great experience! So many memories were created! I would love to stay here again if i come back to the area.

Great location

Willow Pond was a great location for our annual family vacation. Ages 9 months to 90 all enjoyed the grounds…fishing pond, pool, fire pits and grounds. The house was well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time together. The welcome basket included nibbles and all the fixings for nightly smores. Easy access by air or car with shopping nearby was a real plus.Our whole family gave this property a unanimous thumbs up.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further. Check in was great. There is a caretaker for the property. We loved him. The kitchen is the most nicely appointed kitchen I have ever been in. It has everything. The pool was amazing. The house and grounds are amazing. We loved everything about our stay.

Family Trip

Wonderful place to stay! Country setting close to Nashville. Our group ranges from 4 to 69. Everyone enjoyed themselves in our "home" for the week. Kids loved the fishing,swimming, thetheater room.

Amazing Stay

We had such an amazing time staying at Willow Pond! We planned our wedding weekend there, it was amazong to host our event at the property and have close family stay with us for the entire weekend. Everything was perfect for us and we received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the property is. The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Willow Pond!

We are passionate about providing a peaceful getaway to be inspired, be creative and most of all to spend time with the dear ones in our lives. This house is a haven for our family and we want it to be one for you too. Dudley bought the house in 1995 and has spent a wonderful few years raising a family and making memories here, now we want to share it with you. Dudley married Sharia in March 2016 and immediately decided to create a retreat for artists, writers and families who need a place to be together. Together they have six wonderfully creative and talented children, six stunning grandchildren, and of course the pups Georgia and Nora who love to come to the house to run wild on the grounds. Dudley originally hails from Kentucky and Sharia from Mt. Juliet, Tn.
