Chris was great, he met us at the house, showed us around and answered all our questions. The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space for 3 active children 4 and under. The hot tub was amazing. The kitchen well stocked. Thank you Chris for a great vacation with my family!

The house was perfect! Chris was an amazing host! We had 7 adults and had ample room! The whole house was spotless upon arrival from the Hot Tub to the bathrooms!! We will definitely book again when in the area!

Two of my grandkids used the hot tub and enjoyed it. Everything was so clean and the set up was nice. I HIGHLY recommend people renting this place. The neighborhood was so quiet. Chris has a pool table and the family enjoyed playing.

Chris is an excellent host. He met us at the property and showed us around and answered any questions that we had. The property is very spacious and had everything that we needed. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future. The photo provided is not at the house but was taken during our stay here.

This was probably the best house we have ever stayed at! The host was amazing and we had such a great time. If you need it he most likely already had it at the house. Well stocked, beautiful and super comfy, not just the beds but the whole layout. We will definitely be back

The home was exactly as shown in the pictures, very cleanand comfy. There were plenty of towels and blankets, even some essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the quiet neighborhood, it was close to everything we planned on visiting during our vacation. We were very happy with the communication with the owner before and after, we will definitely stay in this home the next time we are in the area.

Chris was a wonderful host, and the home was amazing! Very comfortable, very roomy, great for me, my husband and two grown kids. This beautiful home sits in a quiet private neighborhood with easy access to the highway. We had everything we needed, including board games in the entertainment space. We enjoyed every amenity! Easy Wi-Fi access was available. Kitchen was spacious and was equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend the space over and over! Thank you, Chris for making us feel welcomed!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was spacious and private. My children loved the toys and the space in the basement to run around and play. Chris was a fantastic host who was fantastic with communication! We will stay here again in the future when coming to TN to visit family!

Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, clean and was stocked with everything you could need. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and playing pool after coming back from a day in Nashville. Very easy drive into town and only about 20 minutes away. The host is fantastic! Friendly, communicates well and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Very nice!

All rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay there again. The guys enjoyed the hot tub! I would suggest some hand towels and washclothes for the bathrooms. Also a light for above the grill on the patio.

This home was my full time residence and I have worked hard to make it extremely comfortable. It has been fully renovated to make it the perfect airbnb. I have previous experience in the hospitality industry, so making your stay comfortable is my priority.

In addition to real estate, I enjoy spending time on the Cumberland River boating and hiking the trails around Ashland City. My favorite places to eat in Ashland City are Cody's (breakfast), Sidelines, and Don Ponchos.
