Our group was 9 people. One single, two couples, and four children. I studied the images of the bedrooms and read every review trying to figure out how to sleep everyone comfortably. Because I believed we were short one bed, we hauled a cot and bulky camping mattress all the way there, only to realize that one of the bedrooms had a second full sized bed in it that was NOT shown on the listing. Would have loved to save that real estate in the vehicle, but was still very glad to see it. I also was unable to tell which rooms were where, and when you have two sets of kids, you want to know where the rooms are so: upstairs had one bathroom shared and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two full beds, and the other had a queen (I think?). Main level had one king master with bathroom in suite and also a second powder room just outside the door. On the other side of the living room, there was a bedroom with a full and another bedroom with a king/in suite bathroom. The bedrooms were huge for the most part and not nearly as breakable as the online images appeared. We were mighty worried going in about how fragile everything looked, but for the most part everyone (even 3y/o boy) was able to be normal amounts of careful and nothing was broken. While there we were able to get grocery delivery from Walmart plus. There was also an elaborate farmer's market literally across the street, but I believe it's only on Thursdays so wasn't able to go crazy. The pool was nice, though I would have liked a brush as well as a net so I could tidy it each day. There were a lot of small touches that made this excellent. The grills (traditional and griddle) were clean, easily turned on, and great quality. Was relieved to see that basic spices and staples like olive oil, vegetable oil, etc. were provided. Each shower area had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also stocked were trash bags, storage bags, tupperware, coffee filters/coffee, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. This was a delight as I would have had to purchase and either wasted it or stuffed it into our vehicle for the long trip home. The house was exceptionally clean and in good shape for the most part. I have an aversion to overhead lighting, so I was bummed that many lamps either had burned out bulbs or were inoperable (not sure which). The grounds were beautiful and picturesque. The kids enjoyed running in the front yard with no shoes catching lightning bugs.
