Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Location is near the park and not as busy as many in the central areas of the town. We took advantage of many of the amenities available that this location. The property manager was very helpful with any problems.

Orange Beach Vacation

Very well maintained. Kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare family meals with plenty of seating for everyone. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent this unit again.

Dryer not replaced (very noisy), smoking on the balcony not allowed (though neighbors smoking cigarettes and illicit substances, lamps and overhead lights had burned bulbs, floors very sandy upon arrival.

"MEH" - Place was just OK, nothing special.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was not very friendly on a day to day basis. Check-in staff was especially short and not helpful. They didn't go the extra mile with their friendliness and hospitality.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay on Phoenix West II when we come to Orange Beach however this was our first time in unit 2408. We won’t be booking it again. The white leather couch not comfortable, kitchen table chairs are hard as a rock, and master bed frame is broken. This unit really could use some fresh comfortable furniture.

Great condo, poor atmosphere

2408 Condo was nice. GREAT view, decent cookware as we cooked in often. Nice to have access to basketball, tennis and other equipment, but they were not well communicated to us, so we found out later into our trip. We also didn’t know they had games till the last night, so maybe better communication promoting their extra amenities. Decor was a little odd in the living room. Great location. Only downfall was the atmosphere of the pools and hot tubs, especially at night. Security did a poor job or managing the underage spring break atmosphere. Lots of drinking and vaping in the pools/hot tubs, blasting rap music in the 14th floor hot tubs and rowdy outside at night. Not the perfect family atmosphere.

Location was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly what we wanted. It comfortably accommodated 8 people (2 families). The balcony was our favorite place to sit and watch the ocean, dolphins, stingrays and a shark or two! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. I appreciated the closet containing boogie boards and sand toys. We did have an uncomfortable bed in the master that has seen better days. The faucet in the kitchen was loose so it wasn't working very well. There was also mold on the shower curtain in one of the smaller bedrooms. Other than these negatives, our condo was wonderful. I will say, I was surprised by the amount of cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant at times when sitting on the balcony. We were also unhappy to see rules being broken such as flags/towels on the balconies and people trespassing in the dunes and writing political statements. I believe this is an issue with the overall management of the building and not the owners' fault. We will most likely not return because of the mismanagement of the building.

Perfect for our relaxing ladies trip

The unit was clean and had all of the necessary kitchen tools! The ice maker is so helpful for small ice chests. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great and just a quick Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. As always, we loved the easy beach access.

Great room elevators are a nightmare

Its bad enough we may not stay again until we hear they are good to go in the summer time. We had 3 days where we set a timer and it took us 45 min to an hour to get from our room to a lower floor and back up again. We have stayed at other condo’s this size and had no issues... but this is ridiculous!

Beautiful high scale condo

Excellent condo. Check process was the easiest we’ve ever had. Views were amazing. The washing machine didn’t work right. Contacted on Monday and we got a new washer on Thursday. I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone and my emails were answered very slowly. But overall a very nice condo.
