Annette and Cory were wonderful hosts. When we saw them on the property, conversation was lovely, and they are very welcoming and gracious hosts. Our place was quiet, homey, and in a terrific location! We were up for college move-in, and the drive from Loveland to Fort Collins was about 20 mins (with traffic). I absolutely would stay on property again!

The hosts of Sweetheart City Inn went above and beyond for our stay. They were easy to communicate with while allowing us plenty of privacy. The space was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. This is our second stay and we will stay again. This is the place we recommend to friends and family coming to visit.

Annette & Cory are some of the best hosts we've ever had!! They went above and beyond on so many levels before we even got there. The unit was spacious and comfortable with so many amenities and thoughtful touches. The location is great and parking was easy. We were so glad we could bring our dog too. We highly recommend this stay!

First impressions go a long way with me and I give The Sweetheart Inn 10It was so cozy and any toiletries I might have left at home were readily available. Annette & Cory are so friendly and know the area well. They are dog lovers and were warm & welcoming to my pup. I will stay here again if I return to the area.

Awesome stay!!

I wish they had more than 5 stars as this place has been the best we have stayed in so far. Cory & Annette were awesome hosts. If we are ever back in Loveland we will definitely try to stay there again.

Comfy and convenient

Cute, homey place to stay. Easy to get to Fort Collins to visit my son at CSU. Loveland is also adorable and fun to visit with good restaurants and nice stores.

Sweetheart City Inn

We loved our stay. Cory and Annette were wonderful hosts telling us all about the area and making sure we were comfortable. Even though it felt like we were in a small town neighborhood every type of store or restaurant were within minutes.

Loveland visit

Spent 30 years in Fort Collins Loveland area. Went back to visit family. Great location, well kept, lots of supplies and goodies. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Fall Colorado Stay

Host were very attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect to venture out anywhere along the front range, and even west of Boulder. Very nice to have a parking spot on the property. Will be a repeat visitor sometime in the future.

We are world and domestic travelers who enjoy learning and visiting other cultures. We like to spend our time cooking, hiking, traveling, gardening, attending concerts/festivals.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.
