Very nice property lots of updates…whole place is renovated. Really liked the split A/C system…the rooms had control over their own temperatures. Back patio was very nice. I don’t remember seeing it in the posting, but there was an off-street parking spot that was very convenient. Site is close to plenty of eateries…many within walking distance.

It was an easy check in and check out process, plenty of communication from the owner. the property itself was a little different then the pictures posted on the site. I was a little shocked at the location at first but realized i hadnt read that portion on the posting, but it ended up being a quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the overall stay was good. Thank you!

Golfing in Loveland

We had a great stay, played lots of golf and visited Rocky Mountain NP. This was a great ending to our month long trip.

Comfortable stay

Pleasant 2 bedroom in a 4-plex building. Kitchen has all the amenities and there are also basic washer/dryer units available. Both bedrooms and primary bath are upstairs. Back yard has a small patio set with BBQ grill, lovely large green space. Not appropriate for handicapped.

Clean and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet and we were close to main roads. The beds and couch were comfortable and loved the patio with the BBQ grill. The staff was responsive in fixing the outdoor outlet and fixing the string lights which was a very nice feature.

Disappointing

Our main complaint was the deafening roar of both air conditioners. The sound approached the level of jet engines. I had to repair the exhaust duct on the one in the bedroom. Good thing owner left us a roll of duct tape. Property was clean but much smaller than it appeared on listing. Sq. footage may have been very optimistic. The neighborhood has nothing within walking distance. Loveland Breakfast club was about a mile away, and patrons provided some local atmosphere. It's an area of mixed apartments, duplexes and small houses. The kitchen had almost no utensils. We had service for 3 & had to buy a spatula. (took it with us, so bring your own). We checked out 2 days early and informed the manager. We requested a refund and never heard back. In short, you'll fare better elsewhere.

Deceptive photos and property description

This property was described as if it was right next to Boyd Lake and a cute, clean condo in a nice neighborhood. The few photos posted met that description but were a totally inaccurate compared to reality. I have additional photos to provide. Here are a few examples: “air conditioned” did not mean central air - it meant a downstairs wall until and an upstairs stand alone unit with a ventilation tube out the window. The unit was extremely loud - owners even left ear plugs on the night stands. Also the ventilation tube blocked the shades so there was no blocking morning light. Carpets were dirty and had several large stains. Electricity in the unit was not stable. Everything is unplugged all the time and on the morning we were getting ready for a wedding my hair dryer blew a circuit and knocked out power for the entire upstairs. This is a townhome in a so-so area - there were loud neighbors revving motorcycles one evening. Certainly not a vacation destination. Shower curtain upstairs was dirty, pillows were flat and over used. On top of all of this the company who rents out the place is not local and had signage saying you could have saved up to $300 booking through them. Kind of tacky. Finally, when we left we realized we had left AC expensive Bluetooth speaker there. We contacted mgmt, they were not able to reach the cleaning company and supposedly checked with the next guests but it could not be found. The only positive was that the mgmt company was responsive. When the circuit blew they were able to direct me to the breaker box to correct the issue. We would absolutely not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay and the place was nicely decorated. Since I stayed three weeks I just have 2 suggestions that would make it even nicer. 1- The living room needs a picture on the the large side wall. 2- Put some coat hooks up in the closet or laundry room..

Loveland Condo

The condo is very well equipped with a washer/dryer, one and a half bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with very nice appliances, and a backyard with a patio/grill area. The neighborhood isn't what I expected - I expected it to be in the city center, but it's in a working-class neighborhood next to other apartments and small houses. The condo is located one block from a park with extensive running trails around a lake which is a great feature. Condo is close (3 miles) from stores and downtown Loveland. Our biggest issues were the air conditioning was sufficient for 93F weather and a bunch of bees under bricks comprising the front door which made entering / leaving difficult without braving the bees.

Not exactly air conditioned

Check-in: we had asked for a possible early check in because we have 2 small kids, and we got in town in the morning, so we wanted to set up as soon as possible. We were told we would be notified when we could check in. Even though the property was empty (we know this because we were offered to check-in a day early if we wanted), and the cleaning crew was not there at noon when we stopped by, we were not given the OK to check in until 3:45. The Kitchen: really nicely done, with everything you need for cooking, but the knives were very dull, there were no storage containers for leftovers, and there were only 3 forks, 3 spoons, and 3 knives… we were 4 people staying. The Bedrooms: nice closets and space, but there was only 1 portable air conditioner in 1 of the 2 bedrooms, and we had to tape the hose together to keep it working… so the upstairs was NOT air conditioned. The second bedroom and bathroom were hot! The downstairs A/C had the change filter light lit up, and we mentioned it on the second day of our week-long stay, but it was never changed. -The manager was very nice and reachable. -The backyard space was great for running around and playing -Nice washer and dryer -Located close to downtown, playgrounds and parks, which was nice too!

Loveland townhouse

Property was perfect for our family to come back to, to relax in the evening after our daytime activities. I especially appreciated how clean it was. The whole process of checking in and out went without a hitch. Had a great time!

Great spot for us to check out the area

Excellent communication and check-in. We enjoyed our stay, cooked 5 of our 7 nights in beautiful kitchen. Quiet area, but close to everything. Good for what we needed, except we had to bring our own folding table for a work space to set up in extra room. Since we are both working away from home as we search for a house, we need at least one quiet room with work space for my fiance. I can use kitchen table but chairs were not comfortable so I worked mainly on couch or bed. There was coat closet under stairs but rod or hooks would be helpful to hang coats. The door lock/handle was a bit hard to open at times. Overall, great for couples or family stay.

Nice spot. Very clean. Great value.

Wonderful spot. Nice grill and big lawn. Very clean. Great value. The only points of feedback would be that some of the neighbors seem a little sketchy and the shower curtain was scummy with potential body fluids...yak.
