Had a BLAST!

Our family of 4 found this condo to be perfect for our 2 week stay in Ocean City. This condo is new, bright, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Close walk to beach and boardwalk. Owner is available if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommended. My family would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing condo with great views!

The condo was the ideal size for our family of four. Conveniently located in the downtown area, near shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Ryan was a great host and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We hope to be back!

Nice Stay

The property is just as advertised. Ryan was easily reached anytime. Building was secure and parking was convenient. Our family of four had a very pleasant stay.

Nice property but host needs to improve his response times

Overall a nice place to stay. Shops, restaurants, grocery shopping all within walking distance. The walk to beach and boardwalk was about 10 minutes. (9 blocks). The only negative was that the host was very late to respond to questions and we did not receive the check in instructions until 24hours before arrival date which made us nervous.

It is our standard policy not to send check-in details until 24-48 hours prior to our guest's check-in time for the security of our tenants who have not yet checked out ahead of your stay. Our records indicate the check-in email as well as answers to additional questions was sent on the afternoon of 8/3, two days prior to arrival. Again we apologize for any inconvenience or concerns. You were great tenants, glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and we would love to accommodate you again in the future!

Great week in OCNJ

Our stay was great! The condo was clean & bright and just a short walk to the boardwalk and close to all the shops downtown. The building was quiet and safe. We would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic condo

We had the perfect long weekend at this condo. I’ve been renting in ocean city for a long time and I’ve never opened the door to find a MORE spacious place than I expected. The photos do not do this place justice... huge bedrooms, huge bathroom, very large living space. The owner was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo - perfect location and so nice inside.

Great Stay

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, bright, and spacious! The location was perfect as well, a quick walk from the boardwalk and steps from all the shops downtown. The building was quiet and safe. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Ideal Family Vacation Rental

My wife and kids (5 year old and 8 month old) really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, and the location is perfect for families. Nice setup, great furniture. We will definitely come back next year. A few notes: 1. Bring a wine cork :) 2. The lock on the bathroom door from the twin bedroom doesn't latch so just know your children are going to bust in. 3. Several of the outlets were not providing sufficient charge to operate some electronics, such as flat irons or cell phones. They should be checked. 4. The remotes in both bedrooms control the fans and lights in each room since they are the same model. It wasn't a big deal once we coordinated the use of the lights and fans in each room, but it required crafty remote use. We definitely recommend this condo!

Fantastic

Great condo. Great location. Just a short walk to Manco & Manco, Johnson's Popcorn, Wonderland and the beach. Can't ask for much more. Condo was as advertised and Ryan (owner) was great to work with.
