I am so sorry to hear about the elevator problem. The facility has been working hard on resolving the elevator issues. We have hired a new elevator company to oversee any issues and things have gotten much better. However on any holiday it will always be more crowded and there is always an issue with kids hitting multiple floors on the elevator causing delays. On the sheets as soon as I was made aware I had housekeeping come in to address the issue. I try very hard to make sure my renters are very comfortable and enter a beautiful and clean unit. Please contact me in the future for a discount for you and your family. Thank you again for bringing these issues to my attention.

In response to Ms. Sierra Washington’s complaints above, there was never once a mention of any complaints during our conversations at checkin and during her stay accept for the wonderful time she was having. I had informed Ms. Washington that the remote had been chewed some by a prior guest whom brought their pet unauthorized and the remote was being replaced. As far as the linens not fitting the pullout sofa, they are queen size linens which have no problem fitting a full size mattress. Never has there been a dirty linen left inside sofa. The decor is completely updated with new Ashley furniture in living room. Ms. Washington is clearly trying to get out of paying for the damages her family had caused. She had numerous children yelling in the background during our conversations and she was obviously unaware that one of them caused damage to a lamp and fish decor. In my 13 years of renting my beautiful condo and 13 years of spring breakers I have only had 2 damages which includes Ms. Washington. Usually my renters are respectful enough to treat my condo as their own and watch their children which clearly Ms. Washington did not and coming up with every excuse to get out of paying for her $140 in damages. It truly saddens me to know someone would blatantly make up stories just to avoid being responsible for their actions.
