We had an incredible stay! The host was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The property itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, yet just minutes away from everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience couldn’t have been better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to book with them again on our next trip to Nashville!

Nice

If you have the max amount of guests and use all the beds, it is not the best situation. One of the pullout beds were broken, and they were upstairs in a small room. A few small things were broken like one of the toilet handles and toilet paper holders. Other than that, it is pretty nice for the price and is a short drive to downtown. Very clean and got quick answers from the hosts.

Beautiful Home close to downtown Nashville

This was a beautiful home with many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Close to both downtown Nashville, as well as Opryland.

Great home/hosts in East Nashville

Home is exactly as pictured. Hosts are very responsive and will go the extra mile if something is missing. Recommend bringing kcups if you want to use the keurig however they did have a coffee machine as well as coffee to brew a pot. Loved that they had plenty of towels, soaps (bathroom and kitchen), laundry detergent (bring fabric softener if you wish), trash bags, etc. This house was extremely convinient for the nature of our visit and we would definitely stay again.

Location and property was great

This place was much nicer in person than their photos. 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville and very easy to hop on the highway to head home. Great place beautiful kitchen and rooms. Absolutely loved it

Nice size, very confortable, everything you need

We came for a business trip and really enjoyed our stay. Only a 10 minutes ride with Uber, as low as 6$ a ride. We enjoyed having breakfast at Top Golf only a few minutes away. Highly recommand for the price!

Great Space!

This is a beautiful home on an adorable street! The host is so kind and responsive. The house is very large and spacious, it was perfect for the bachelorette party we had. The mattresses are also very comfortable. Very close to everything.

Nashville wedding

The property was not fully ready for our arrival. We arrived at about 9pm to find someone had been in painting & left the supplies out in the kitchen. The floors had not been vacuumed & there were limited linens for the size of our group. After messaging the management more linens were sent over & paint supplies were picked up. The property is very nice , near many spots of interest & close to good restaurants. Our biggest problem was the beds - the 4th bedroom only has a sofa bed, which was not comfortable for adults! We didn’t understand that from the property description.

Not the best

We were there for a girls trip. Every time we tried to cook we had to have both doors open or the fire alarm would go off. Which is more of a problem since everyone that we talked about warned us not to walk outside by ourselves and to just stay inside. We also had issues with lights being burnt out. When I contacted the owner they said they would send someone over to fix the issues. Nothing got fixed but a neighbor told us that someone showed up when we were gone. However when we got back a window was broken on the front door. It didn’t help that a huge storm hit and we had no power and was cleaning up a mess from the freezer melting and jumping over downed power lines. Eventually the owner stopped talking to me and refused to respond. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either.

Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood.

The home is great, very clean and is fully stocked. It’s great for large groups. It is a quick ride in a uber to the Broadway area and will cost approximately $5.00- $10.00. The neighborhood is being regentrified, so there is quite a bit of construction, but we didn’t hear it. The other homes in the area can be either new and updated or a bit rundown, in fact one home two doors down is quite creepy with weird dolls wearing masks and strange items hanging from trees, we found it amusing and took pictures (not much that the homeowners can do about that), but we walked the neighborhood and everyone was pretty friendly. The only thing I would suggest in the house is end tables on each side of the beds, a coffee table in the living room, accessibility to the cushions for the upstairs deck furniture and although the TVs have streaming, there weren’t local channels that were available. We had a wonderful time and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Stay! Hope to Be Back Again!

Had a wonderful stay as first time visitors to Nashville! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property owners were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Just a short drive from downtown, the quiet street and rooftop deck gave us space to relax when not checking out the sites. I stayed in the house with 4 couples and we had plenty of space. I would mention that the fourth bedroom on the third floor has a only a sleeper sofa and a powder room. The sofa was super comfy and we shared the master bath with another couple so was no problem for us. If ever back in Nashville I would rent this property again.
