A quick ride to Broadway, but in a charming and cool neighborhood where you can get a good night's sleep. Stay in this stylish historic retreat steps away from the best spots in Lockeland Springs for coffee, restaurants, bars, music and shopping.
The bungalow has been lovingly updated to create a unique twist on old school southern style with a bit of new school edge. Enjoy the eclectic home while playing the piano or simply sit on the front porch swing and sip that morning cup of coffee.
This is a side-by-side duplex which has a shared wall with the neighboring unit so some daily noise should be anticipated. If you have any concerns about this please reach out and we can make sure this is a good fit. Both units do have their own private entrances, porches and fenced yards including gates at the street.
If you're looking for a friendly place to retreat to with walkable hot spots to enjoy this is the place. The immediate neighborhood and street are generally quiet with lovely neighbors, but within a stone ’s throw and a short walk are neighborhood gems and nightlife.
