We just checked out from an 11 day stay at this lovely cottage. The host is so sweet and accommodating. Her place felt like home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the cottage is beautiful. Not to mention the hot tub. Thank you Veronique for an amazing vacation!!

Beautiful and super comfy

The property owner went out of her way to welcome us with snacks and coffee for the evening/next morning. The villa is so well equipped with anything you might need - and then a few extras. Fantastic experience. Thank you so very much!!!

Little Champagne Magic

My husband and I have been coming to this island since the early 1990s. We always stay in different places. This is by far our favorite. All on one level(except for 5 steps to enter). Lush surroundings, great kitchen, good ac, washing machine, hot tub, very safe, exceptional host. We will be back.

Lovely apartment with private deck and yard!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in November 2016 and we loved it! The apartment is very spacious and exactly as represented in the photos. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the privacy; not a soul can see you anywhere in the apartment or yard. Gorgeous lush yard, with refreshing hot tub (not too hot; perfect for the climate). We sat in there with a glass of wine every day after coming back from the beach. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches along Orient Bay, a very nice beach for waves and water sports, with several beach bars, and a great place to walk in the evening. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping "village" with great restaurants. However, you need a car to visit other great places such as the calm waters of Le Galion beach, the butterfly farm, shopping in Philipsburg and Marigot, fantastic restaurants in Grand Case (try L'Escapade), and our favorite beach for beauty, Baie Rouge. Veronique was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed information. Wifi is not what you would need if you need to work while on vacation, but that's island wifi for you! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, private, convenient location. It is quiet in the apartment but be aware that it is next to a road going through the community so you do hear traffic noise if you're outside.

Description de l'appartement villa et prestations conformes a l'annonce

Nous rentrons de notre séjour de ST MARTIN.L' appartement villa nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour ,rien ne manque,intérieur très cocooning Extérieur avec un beau jardin c 'est un vrai plaisir d 'etre sur la terrasse. Pas de nuisance, sécurité pour la maison et la résidence Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires toujours prets a nous faciliter notre séjour . Location a conseiller J et JP Augé

Wonderful quiet stay

I loved staying at little champagne. The apartment had everything you need to have a wonderful vacation right down to the small soaps and shampoo. The bed was soon comfortable I slept very well. The wifi was a little spotty but you are meant to get away from all that on vacation. If you plan on doing a large grocery shopping you will need some vehicle. I depended on the little shops in the village and got groceries every other day which was a nice walk anyway.Veronique was a wonderful owner and took care of everything. Thank you for everything

Fantastic home in the heart of Orient Bay

We highly recommend staying here. Everything was as advertised, and the photos were spot on! The house was perfect, and only a 15 minute walk to Orient Village for dining and beach. The home was very nicely decorated, AirCon worked well, it was a perfect location, great jacuzzi, excellent outdoor and indoor space, great deck with daytime foliage and evening stars, and nice kitchen with enough to make simple meals. We lived happily in the house for two weeks and couldn't have been happier! Thanks for a wonderful experience, and we hope to return soon!

Short walk to the beach

The two of us had a really good time here. The place was clean, private, new appliances and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a short walk to the beach and the bakery that we ate at everyday. The TV was all in French but was not a big deal as we mostly used the WiFi.There is a bus stop right by the front gate that is close to the place that will take you to Margot and Phillipsburg for two bucks. Suzon was very helpful in getting us from the airport to the place and we would stay again.

A lovely appartement a short walk from Coco beach

We stayed at the little champagne for 3 weeks. The appartment is large for 2 people with a big bedrom, livingroom a nice kitchen with dishwasher and a beautiful bathroom. The standard is high. Both the livingroom and the bedrom have aircons. You also have fans in the livingroom. There is lots of space for clothes and suitcases. The windows open ups nicely from the kitchen to the terrace. The beach is just a short walk down the main road. There is some traffic close to the appartment, but its not a big problem.

Superb appartment!

We found the appartment excellent and the owner and rental agent very friendly and helpfull. The appartment is recently renovated and has a high standard with bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It also has a nice terrace and small garden. Theres a dishwasher at the kitchen and washing machine on the bathroom. We will definitly stay here again if we go back to st martin!
