Great condo. Recommend adding keypad entry to the unit. Somewhat inconvenient to have to pick up and drop off keys at the Real Escapes office (which is not located on the same property).

Wedding Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying here with our Family while we were in St. Simon for a wedding. The accommodations were exactly what our family was looking for, clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view. We also loved that we were able to walk right next door to the club for a great affordable lunch. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Exactly as advertised

Stayed for 4 days in May while visiting family in the area. Lovely condo with everything we needed. Place was clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting outside. Didn’t get a chance to use the complex pool but looked nice.

Perfect Little Condo

Super cute place on St. Simons Island close to everything. I missed the instructions that i had to pick up a key at a rental.place 15 minutes away, i am so used to all rentals having smart locks. Not a problem, just pointing out for potential guests. Loved our stay, would recommend to anyone!

Pictures are correct not photo shopped. Only a few suggestions TV needed in third bedroom, Some form covering for the front door entrance you can look straight in, a dark curtain for the living room, and finally clean the pool and some lights around the pool. Overall great stay, I would return here and definitely suggest this property to others. Location was great close enough for eating and short drive to the beaches, East Beach was the best.

Not too far from Beach and good eats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was quiet once the construction people left. Plenty of parking, watch out for the little crabs at the front in the morning or you will have them in the condo. Front door could use a curtain or blind so others can't look in. Also a darker curtain for living room. But overall stay was great! Everything was pretty close far as places to eat and the beaches.

As always, an excellent stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 109 Windward at least 10 times. It is well located next to Sea Palms Golf Club and Sago restaurant. It is clean, spacious and well appointed. The rental rate is reasonable. The only negative is that their televisions are very small- they need to be upgraded. We really like this unit and plan to return several times this year and future years.
