Vacation

Hated the entrance . That needs work . I looved the Pier & the nature walks . The outside of roppom needed. Pressure washed . The furniture wasnt clean . So we didnt have coffee outside . Inside . Blinds needed cleaning and microwave . The bed was comfortable . Thanks .

Island escape

We had a really great time! The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the wildlife of the marsh! Lots of Birds! We enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood as well! The condo is close to everything great eats and shopping ! We will come back !

Peaceful stay for Memorial service

This home was just what was needed for my husbands visit for his friends memorial service. Everything was clean and everything he needed was on hand.

Sea Palms condo

A friend and I were in the area for golf and stayed here. The condo is a great location in Sea Palms. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the check in process was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Feb visit

We stayed at the property through the month of February 2024. The weather was on the cool side - 60ish. The condo was comfortable with two of us. The kitchen was on the small side and short on some of the basic tools. (For example, there was a toaster oven taking a lot of space but no toaster, no tongs, dull knives, and that sort of thing) The unit was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. The master bedroom did not have windows so was dark. We enjoy fresh air and none of the windows could be opened. It is very quiet and peaceful which was enjoyable after a day out on a busy island. There is not a screened area outside and the no-see-um bugs could be annoying when sitting on the deck in the evening. Overall the unit is older but adequate. We hoped to golf quite a bit but the two public courses on the island have green fees of $140-150 so that slowed us down. If you drive off the island you can find less expensive golf. Barry is great to work with. He responds quickly and tries to help with any requests.

Thanksgiving Marsh View

We loved the view of the marsh off the backside of the condo and the wraparound porch. It was just the right size for our group of 3 adults and dog. The condo was fitted with everything we needed including soft blankets!

Great spot - Everything as advertised- will stay again

we stayed for four nights for the Georgia Florida game. It was just right. Very spacious. Beautiful view of the marsh. Very well kept community.

Very Spacious 2 bedroom Executive Golf Villa

Sea Palms Resort is very SSI. The vacation home was just right for me, my wife and two adult daughters preparing for the GA v FL game in Jacksonville. The property exceeded expectations.

Great Place!

We’ve stayed here multiple times! Always love having my coffee and watching the sunrise over the marsh! Very peaceful and relaxing! Barry is great about responding!

4 Day Get Away

Overall, the rental is lovely! Perfect place to start your day (loved the sunrises from the porch) and end your days. Barry was so helpful! Be aware you do have to walk a little ways in a boardwalk to get to the rental. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little getaway

Condo perfect for 4. Well appointed. New appliances. We were only here for the weekend but a longer stay would have been nice. Lots of construction going on, replacing decks and walkways. I’d give it 5 stars when that’s completed. Owner is an extraordinary photographer!

Quiet, secluded, beautiful marsh view

The condo is as just a described. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. The view of the marsh was beautiful. Barry, the owner was nice and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again.

Cozy condo with nice Marsh views

The condo was a nice space with plenty of room for our family. The sun room was a nice extra bonus room. Love the views of the marsh. Appreciate the early and easy check in. One slight comment is that the amenities could have been a bit better (I.e. laundry machines available in the unit but no laundry detergent). Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Peaceful and private

The property was just as described and pictures are accurate. Great location, very comfortable and clean. We had a great time relaxing on the deck after a busy day of exploring the islands. Host communication was excellent! I would definitely recommend.
