No hot water and no doorknob

Upon arriving we realized that there was no hot water in the unit at all. I notified management of the issue and was assured it would be rectified shortly. The next day we followed up again, and again another email assuming us it would be fixed, still nothing. The guest bedroom was also missing a doorknob on the inside of the br. This caused one guest to be LOCKED INSIDE the bedroom for over 30 minutes until someone let her out. We also informed management about this issue on the first day of arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to fix the issues until our last day. However, there was still no hot water in the master bath or the kitchen the entire time. We reached out to the property manager, nothing. These places think they can just do whatever they feel like and collect your money 3 months ahead of time with no repercussions. This is the only thing left to do is write a negative review.

Wonderful!!

We had an awesome stay! It was in a great location, beach was so close and it was very clean! I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back!

Hidden Gem!!

We stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend and had the best time. The condo is directly across the street from private beach access and between the two tourist sides of Rosemary and PCB, so each time we went we were always the first ones there with no crowds. The condo was very clean. If you are thinking about it, book it!

Spring Break 2023

We came down for spring break. The location was perfect! On the quiet end but still close to everything. We had the beach to ourselves which was nice! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The check in and out process was so simple! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely place to stay

This place was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything you needed for the beach and grills for cooking out . The pool was nice to have when the double flags were out at the beach. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again.

Good experience. Location was great, short drive to Pier Park and beach access right across the road. Beach area was not crowded like in PCB.

Beautiful place!

Everything was great. The apt is very near the beach; you just need to cross the road. The apt was clean, and the kitchen has all items you need to cook, the washing and dryer machines are very helpful in a beach place, especially with kids. The beach is not crowded, the sea is clean, the water is clear. A wonderful place. I will definitely come back. The check-in process was easy, the communication with the property management company was excellent too.

Great place in a great location

We love the fact that it was not in the middle of the city and it was a nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The beach was beautiful and never really crowded at all. I love the fact that you can walk right across the road to have beach access. You are within minutes of restaurants and gift shops and grocery stores. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Excellent property except for the cleanliness

The properties location was excellent and overall the inside accommodations (spaces/furniture) were nice. However upon arrival, the steps leading upstairs were dirty with dirt/dust, the floor and showers of both bathrooms were covered in multiple long dark hairs, the comforter of one of the beds has visible hairs on it as well. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. We tried contacting the listed after hours number and could never get through to anyone. We cleaned the areas ourselves for the night and contacted the rental property the next day. They were apologetic to the situation and offered a small refund on our bill which we appreciated. Other than the cleanliness the property was excellent!

Great house and location

House was perfect for mine and my sisters family. It was in a great location and neighbors were friendly. Only complaint is the bed in the guest room is not A Queen, it is a full. There’s no way my 6’4, 250 lb. guy was gonna fit in a full sized bed with me lol. We made it work however and our stay was very enjoyable.

Great visit!

True to pictures

Over all it was a good stay. There are a few things that shouldn't have been an issue. 1st the trash! The individual dumpster can was three quarters of the way full when we arrived on Sunday. 2nd.. the idea that noone is to touch the thermostat and that it is to stay on 70 is ridiculous. The upstairs was every bit of 85 degrees. I cannot imagine how hot it would be say mid July or August. 3rd. The neighbors made it quite clear they do not like RealJoy or their renters, which made my entire family very uncomfortable. 4th.. the pots and pans we pulled out to use was dirty and needed scrubbed as well as some of the silverware. The location and interior were true to pictures. Great location!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and this was perfect!

We loved this place. Beds were comfy. Hot water lasted through 4 showers! Beach access is across the street and it wasnt crowded like further down the beach

Great location across from the beach. The condo was cute and comfortable. We had a great visit. Management company was attentive when we needed them. Will rent again.
