When looking at the pictures online it shows more than one chair on the back patio and a BBQ grill. When we arrived there was only one chair not a big deal but not having a BBQ grill was...this is how we planned to cook most of our meals. I called the property office and was told grills are not allowed...but in pictures we know we saw one as we look for this at vacation spots...and right around the corner from our villa there was a BBQ grill on another villa's back patio. Then we discovered that the belt of some sort in the dryer was broken...i called the property office they sent a maintance man over and with July 4th may be Tuesday before someone would be there. I just happend to call the office that morning to confirm someone would be there as i like to do laundry, to only be told no one would be there until wednesday but for sure thursday...we were leaving Thursday! I don't think we would have been called if i had not called. We left a couple of items there in the villa, i called the office and was told i would be called after cleaning was done but 11 days later no phone call...the items not that important but still a follow-up is always appreciated. the unit was beach decorated and cute. The girls enjoyed putting the turtle puzzle together even though two pieces were missing...this made it fun! Wonder if the dryer ever got fixed? It was a pain to have things hanging everywhere to dry and with Florida humidity things don't dry very good...this made it not enjoyable...sorry to say...
