Welcome to Vitamin Sea, your peaceful beach getaway at Sun Beach Club in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. This updated, spacious first-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly across the street from the no-drive beach, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for families, couples, or remote workers.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, coastal-inspired space that sleeps up to 6 guests. The king bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, while the queen bedroom connects to a second full bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin bed that can convert to a king, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for any group.

With three desks throughout the unit, Vitamin Sea is ideal for remote work or study. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (with a new Samsung range installed in 2022), TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, and an updated washer and dryer (2025) for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or take a short walk to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, a nail salon, and an ice cream shop. Beach access is directly across the street at Oyster Quay on the no-drive beach, where—depending on the season—you might even see a sea turtle nesting or hatchlings making their way to the ocean. You’re also just 3 miles from the shops and dining on Flagler Avenue.

Please note:

-Vacation guests are not permitted to bring pets, per community guidelines.
- A driver’s license and car information are required to obtain a parking permit.
- From January through April, the minimum stay is 28 days.

This condo is lovely and very tastefully decorated. It had everything needed and more, in the kitchen. Comfy beds and big closets. Directly across from the public access to beautiful beachGreat communication with host if needed.

2 months of quiet and pure joy

We occupied this property for the last 2 months. It was delightful. The condo was clean, bright, spacious and super quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots of restaurants close by. Witnessed many rocket launches from the beach. If you’re into birding, there are some great spots about an hour away. Dunes Park is a delightful place to walk, too. The only difficulty we had was the code dial is very hard to see when it bright out.

Perfect location for older adults

Really beautifully decorated. Very clean! Loved the location and the fact that it was on the first floor made it perfect because we had relatives who were in their late 70's with mobility issues and they had no issues navigating around the property.

Great !!!! Very clean unit with plenty of space!! Loved the location since you can walk to beach and conveniently near dollar store for items like milk and toilet paper!!! It was well equipped!!!

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful condo that is located minutes from beach and very short drive to dining and entertainment. Very spacious and bright condo. Exactly as shown in photos. This was our first lengthy stay on the East coast but not our last. Loved walking that beautiful beach.

Great place close to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay. The beach was a very short walk away. The owner told us about the construction happening on the site. Unfortunately it was very intrusive. Didn’t use the pool at all because construction and scaffolding was all around the pool. The unit was great and the property will be great once the construction is finished.

Beautiful Thanksgiving week at the beach

The condo was perfect for our stay. A clean and tastefully decorated, well furnished condo. The work to the outside will be beautiful when completed but the work did not interfere with us at all. We appreciated all Ann Vieth did as our host to make our stay a delightful one.

The Sun Beach Club was under going an exterior renovation. The owner was very upfront about the construction delays. However we did not want to miss out on our July vacation and came anyway and made yhe best of it and had a wonderful vacation

Pool, hot tub (spa) and clubhouse was nice. A short walk to pool and beach across the street. 3 bedrooms, master bedroom is nice and so is second bedroom. Third bedroom is small. We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed the condo. Ps. Would've like a regular coffee pot as we are coffee drinkers.

Absolutely wonderful month @ the sun beach condo. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay….decorated perfectly….there wasn’t any extras we needed as far kitchen supplies..towels linens & best of all no clutter Located right across from beach….like I said ALL Good.

Fantastic property!

Great location, beautiful condo! We loved our two week stay here. Beach chairs and towels were very helpful. The only negative was a very soft mattress which was comfortable but not good for my back.

Great beach stay

Even with the missing stairs from the hurricane, the beach is still the beach which is wonderful. We had to go a bit further (3/4 mile) to get there, but there was no problem with plenty of parking. When the stairs are replaced, the walk will be about 1/10 mile. Ann's condo is bright, fashionable, roomy, and a real delight. The whole area is the perfect place for a beach vacation. We stayed for the month of January and may stay longer next year. The weather was gorgeous which also makes the heated pool very attractive. We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors.

Whether it’s exploring Bethune Beach, spotting manatees at Blue Springs or Haulover Canal, or just relaxing by the shore, I’m always reminded why NSB is such a special place to visit.
