Quiet but close to old town area

It was cute, comfortable, easy to find, and well-located for us to walk to coffee and restaurants. The host was great about communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in Fort Collins

This was our second stay here. We have family that live in Fort Collins and need a place to stay during our visit. The booking and check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit was in a great safe location and centrally located to meet our needs

Great location and property

We had a great stay! Amazing location- right across the street from a very nice playground and walkable to all of Old Town. Well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Place

This location was perfect for our week in Fort Collins. Our daughter had orientation at CSU so we gave ourselves a few days to acquaint ourselves with the area. The apartment is located a short walk to downtown/old town and only a ten minute drive to campus. Horsetooth lake is also only a twenty minute drive. The space was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay.

Great stay

Quiet location close to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. There was great communication when we had a hiccup checking in -- very friendly and eager to help us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location with a very short walk to the downtown. The home was just the right size for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the living room area was a nice size too. The home was clean and comfortable. Communication was good with the owner. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again when I am back in Fort Collins.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a weekend stay. Close to restaurants, with off-street parking. The beds were quite comfortable.

Great location! Neat and clean

This was a lovely experience and exactly what my family needed to enjoy Fort Collins. The kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment is efficiently laid out, and the decor is modern and cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoy old town FT Collins and this was perfect. A very easy walk but not so close that you got all the noise on the weekends. The kitchen was small but worked okay for a two week stay. As with most places we rent, there weren’t enough hangers so we bought some more and left them there. We may stay there again on our next visit.

Nice Place Convenient to Old Town

Nice location - just far enough from the train that goes thru old town, but close enough to walk to all the pubs. Room was clean and stocked with enpugh towels for a week stay. Only complaint was the shower was weak. Price was same as if staying in 2 hotel rooms, so i would say a little pricey. Overall was very satisfied and would do this again.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway location not too far from home but somewhere to enjoy without the kiddos. We had a blast and really enjoyed this condo. We struggled a little bit with sleeping on a queen bed since we are used to a king, but the bed was amazingly comfortable. The only piece we had a hard time with was whether to watch TV or stay cool. The temperatures reached 100 degrees while we were there and the unit has one in-window air conditioner. If we turned the unit on, we couldn't hear the TV very well. Overall, a perfect getaway not far from downtown. It was a very quiet location and I am glad we opted to stay here over a hotel. Thank you!

visiting my daughter in FoCo

The apartment is a wonderful location, and was exactly as described in the posting. The bed was soft but comfortable, there are ample linens. The kitchen is simple, with all the necessary items for a simple meal and grocery stores are very close by. Stacy is very attentive, even sent a text the evening I arrived. This is a great home base for visiting FoCo!

Lipstick on a pig

Great location but completely over priced. We would have been better off getting a hotel, and then we would have at least had service. We had two washcloths for a three night stay. Requested more with no response at all. The unit smelled musty. We had to take out our own trash and clean as the cleaning fee was “light” even at a hefty price for3 nights. I won’t be staying here again, I won’t recommend to others and I will not use VRBO again. What a complete rip off.
