Quiet but close to old town area

It was cute, comfortable, easy to find, and well-located for us to walk to coffee and restaurants. The host was great about communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed.

This was a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the little downtown area! It was a 12 minute walk from door to Penrose Taphouse and you had easy walking access to tons of other restaurants and coffee shops and stores. It was perfectly sized for my sister and I for the weekend. Like most mountain places, there is no central air, however there is an AC unit in the front window. It was unfortunately 90 degrees during our stay during a heat wave so the AC didn’t quite make it to the bedrooms but they provided a few fans to help circulate the air around and if you’re hanging in the living room it definitely gets cold which is great! Also, my sister left her makeup bag there and the communication was a quick response and they mailed it out (for a fee) VERY quickly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay in the future.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in Fort Collins

This was our second stay here. We have family that live in Fort Collins and need a place to stay during our visit. The booking and check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit was in a great safe location and centrally located to meet our needs

Great location and property

We had a great stay! Amazing location- right across the street from a very nice playground and walkable to all of Old Town. Well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely experience and exactly what my family needed to enjoy Fort Collins. The kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment is efficiently laid out, and the decor is modern and cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This location was perfect for our week in Fort Collins. Our daughter had orientation at CSU so we gave ourselves a few days to acquaint ourselves with the area. The apartment is located a short walk to downtown/old town and only a ten minute drive to campus. Horsetooth lake is also only a twenty minute drive. The space was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay.

Great location!

Great location with a very short walk to the downtown. The home was just the right size for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the living room area was a nice size too. The home was clean and comfortable. Communication was good with the owner. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again when I am back in Fort Collins.

Great location

We enjoy old town FT Collins and this was perfect. A very easy walk but not so close that you got all the noise on the weekends. The kitchen was small but worked okay for a two week stay. As with most places we rent, there weren’t enough hangers so we bought some more and left them there. We may stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway location not too far from home but somewhere to enjoy without the kiddos. We had a blast and really enjoyed this condo. We struggled a little bit with sleeping on a queen bed since we are used to a king, but the bed was amazingly comfortable. The only piece we had a hard time with was whether to watch TV or stay cool. The temperatures reached 100 degrees while we were there and the unit has one in-window air conditioner. If we turned the unit on, we couldn't hear the TV very well. Overall, a perfect getaway not far from downtown. It was a very quiet location and I am glad we opted to stay here over a hotel. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs

This was perfect for our needs. I was taking my 17 year old son to see Colorado and have a good, safe place to stay during the COVID-19 pandemic that was close to an old high school friend and hiking, etc. I do miss having things available like ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc that others often leave, but understand that it is not the recommended thing to do at this time. There was coffee and tea available. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. One bed was more firm, and one was more soft but not too soft, so something for each type of person. I took the softer one. I liked having the drawers to putting clothing away in my room and not have to live out of a suitcase. There were little things that were nice, like the ear plugs at each bed and a breath mint. Necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper with back up, dish soap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc were there. Individually wrapped sponge cleaner was available for dishes. The one thing I would recommend is having a bigger pan with a lid, ie to make spaghetti sauce. (There was one for noodles and a colander available, but just not a big enough pan then for the sauce I was going to make...not a big deal. We just made something else.) It is not a necessity but is the one thing that we could have used. Thank you for sharing your place. We had a terrific time.

Great stay

Quiet location close to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. There was great communication when we had a hiccup checking in -- very friendly and eager to help us. Would definitely stay here again.
