Relaxing vacation

There was so much everyone had their on space to relax and the condo everything you needed on a vacation. On the down side it only was able to have two cars and the parking across the street changed 50.00 a day for parking my 3rd car and would have had a little pantry space for our good and snacks

Perfect for multiple families

This condo was perfect for multiple families. It’s so spacious that everyone has plenty of space and privacy! The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the balcony, and the patio furniture! This unit was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Such a great location! Loved the beach access and our spot was less populated so that was great. The room with the double beds does not have a thermostat and got very hot during the day (like 80) and they were supposed to send maintenance and never did. Also the elevator broke one day and we were not notified and almost got locked out of our condo because of you don’t have someone inside to let you back in you can’t even use the stairs to go anywhere. That’s the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. There is no keurig, just a coffee pot so keep that in mind. Also the parking is tight and it’s 30 a day to part across the street for a 3rd vehicle. Still a great experience and we would come again!

Totally amazing!

Girls trip!!! The condo was perfect - so spacious and beautiful. We all loved the king beds - very comfortable - and 4.5 baths for 9 women was perfect. The balcony was amazing overlooking the beach and gulf. We spent a lot of time on the beach. Beach set up was easy! The location was perfect. We will definitely look at coming back again!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us Minnesota gals!!

January Getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed themselves. The condo was spacious enough for us to gather in one room, but all the rooms allowed someone to have their own space for some quiet time. The hosts were quick to respond to emails and very helpful with questions. We would stay again, in fact looking into future dates.

Unbelievable Place

This condo is the whole floor. Elevator opens directly into your unit. Wish pool was open to outside and heated more but not bad. Large group with tons of space!

AC could not cool under 77 first 2 days till repair man fixed it. We are glad the repair man fixed it, but we would have liked a little notice so we could have at least protected our valuables while he was in our condo.The master jetted tube did not have hot water so bathing was not possible. We had 4 couples plus children and 1 of the promised 4 keys did not work so we had to share three keys. The keys are needed to get in the elevator, get into fitness center, access pool and beach. The realty eventually brought us another key after 2 days of calling. Unfortunately, the replacement key did not work either. (common sense would have checked it before leaving it, right?)We frustratingly gave up complaining because it was ruining our vacation time. We vowed never to stay in Oceania #9 again. We understand the owner stayed there just before us, which explains why she is trying to sell it. This condo does not have a pantry! BTW, parking across the street for our 2 additional cars cost 100/day! Liked the high chair, luggage cart, beautiful Gulf views.

Beautiful destination

The email regarding the parking passes and designated parking spots were misleading and caused stress. It directed us to a mailbox for the parking passes but they weren’t there. It also said to not park in reserved parking spaces. They were all marked reserved. It was only after we went in that we found them. I also reached out several different ways to the host company with questions over the course of several days and never received a response. Our group did not appreciate no call back with answers to our questions. We loved the condo, the gorgeous view and the proximity to the beach! Nice beautiful bedrooms!

Stayed a week in this beautiful condo!! Our grown children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren ages ranging from 4-17. The communication with management was superb! Location was perfect! Beautiful place with plenty of room. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

Beautiful property that is in need of updates. Beds were horrible . Linens and pillows need to be replaced. Many left with back problems Dishes were dirty. Ice machine was noisy, sounded like water running all of the time, one key was not useable. Hot tub jets were not working. Would really appreciate a clock or two. Skillet was unusable. Time to upgrade pots and pans

Amazing views

This condo had a great layout with huge bedrooms. We had 4 couples staying there and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful condo and beautiful location

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The pictures of the condo were totally accurate. It was beautiful, spacious, and right on the beautiful beach. My only negative was the renters above us who were loud and unruly.

Fabulous Condo for a Large Group

Our group of nine ladies loved this condo! There was plenty of space to spread out. The king-size beds made it easy to share a room with someone. The views were incredible, and the kitchen was perfect. Already booked it again for next year!

Unexpected visitors

Property could use improvements . Outdoor furniture, on all decks . Bulbs out , We also had pest control to just get off elevator and walk right in on us. Two days later maintenance did the same thing and then exclaimed they should have went to 10 instead of 9 so we were very uneasy after that as to the security as this was absolutely unacceptable!!!! We had stayed in 11 in October of 24 and had no problems so we had no idea this was an issue . There is no way to lock for privacy and only one the people from one floor should be allowed in elevator at a time ,, also no one whether it’s pest control or maintenance should come without notification! This really made us uneasy the entire time so relaxing was not possible. Please exchange the pillows, they are very dirty some with blood stains. This is a gorgeous place with a gorgeous view and should not be spoiled by these things ! Thank you

Perfect Stay!

Our trip consisted of my husband, myself and our 7 adult kids/spouses. It was absolutely perfect with each bedroom having its own master bath and a half bath off of the kitchen/living room. The property was very large and accomodated our large group well for everything from sleeping, bathrooms, kitchen/dining, lounging in the living room and the many balconies off of every room. The views were amazing. The elevator opening up to our condo was a little confusing, there were a few times on our way down that we would stop on another floor to pick up guests, which was their condo, so it was a little awkward, but no problems. The indoor pool was very warm and the hot tub was great! The outdoor pool wasn't heated and the gate between the indoor pool to the outdoor pool wasn't open, that could have been explained a little better in the description, we had expected to be able to go between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool - maybe it was just the time of year and still too cool outside to do that. Anyway, overall stay was great and the propert was exactly what we were looking for for our group. Location was good, about a 1 mile walk to the Hangout and Pier 33 across the street had a great coffee shop upstairs. Would definitely book here again!

Family Fun in Sun

This was our second stay at Oceania Gulf Shores. We love staying there because it’s not crowded due to only 14 units. The rooms are large and spacious. Everyone has their own bathroom. And beach is less crowded in that spot because of less families. Our AC had issues but property management handled it. We also like the convenience of being close to everything like grocery stores, restaurants, and Florabama.

Good for large groups

Property is ideally located in Gulf Shores. Large unit that takes up the entire 9th floor. Odd layout being long, running from the beach to the road. Elevator opens directly into your condo. Beautiful views and very spacious but not appointed or decorated up to luxurious standards. Rates are a little high for the quality of the unit. We enjoyed our stay but won’t rebook unless it’s redecorated and upgraded.

Beautiful condo

Our family stayed here for my daughters beach wedding. We held a small after wedding gathering. The condo was plenty big enough for us all. It had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. If there was any negative it was the balcony furniture. We love sitting for hours on the balcony and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, flimsy and sparce for such an exceptional condo. However, this may not matter at all to some. The self check in was extremely easy and much appreciated after a long trip. There is also extra parking available just across the street. This is a lovely place for a family gathering. Plenty enough room for everyone. Highly recommended!!!
