The apartment is located 20 meters from the sea. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
The unit is fully equipped open space, consisting of 1 bedroom, kitchen utilities, a bathroom and a terrace, on which Guests can enjoy the morning coffee.
Perfectly located close to the Lapad promenade, Mandrac and Copacabana beach, fine dining restaurants, cafes and bars; ideal for a couple getaway or family vacation.
Just as you walk out of the property courtyard, an antique stone staircase leads you to the sea. There is a pathway taking you around Lapad peninsula, perfect for jogging or evening walks.
The property is only 15 min by bus from Dubrovnik Old town. I takes you less than 5 minute walk to get to the bus stop, where you can also find a medium-size supermarket.
