This listing was perfect for our family trip! The location was great, and there are plenty of walkable pathways to Snowmass village. A very easy and beautiful drive to Aspen as well. They are very accommodating to our needs and any questions along the way.

Fabulous

Fantastic rental. Great location with bus stop outside door to base camp. Very comfortable and up scale fixtures. Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay in Snowmass. The unit was lovely and the location made it very easy to get to the slopes by the free bus. We walked to the Clark's Grocery Store via the path behind the unit (very short walk) We also took the free bus to ski Aspen and highly recommend it vs. driving there. Our skiing in both resorts was fabulous. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but Matt was very responsive every time we contacted him. We are not big TV watchers so it had no impact on enjoying the unit. Bed was comfy, shower was great - nice attention to the decor. Great Stay

Perfect Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay in Snowmass! The property was exactly what we needed, and we already can't wait to come back! The previous reviews were of great help as we navigated our stay. The condo is perhaps more accurately described as "pole in/pole out" instead of "ski in/ski out" because the path from the condo to the slopes somehow manages to be uphill both ways! But if you're down for a good arm workout, you'll love it! The bus from the condo to Snowmass could not have been more convenient unless the bus driver came and knocked on the door of us - you watch for it to head past the house on its way uphill, grab your skis, and head straight to the bus stop (which is about 15 steps from the front door), and it will be there in less than two minutes. So incredibly convenient! The beds were super comfortable, as was the couch (which we spent a lot of time lounging on since skiing exhausted us)! The kitchen allowed us to cook at the property, and the grocery store is a convenient five-minute walk from the condo. The Aspen/Snowmass bus system made it so easy to be there for a week without renting a car. Matt was a very responsive host - not that we needed much communication because he anticipated all the instructions and information we'd need before we got there. We look forward to coming back - I know it will feel like coming home!

Snowmass Visit

We chose this location on an earlier visit and it did not disappoint. The hosts could not have been more responsive and we wanted for nothing. The unit was only 15 steps away from the very efficient bus stop, parking was conveniently just across the street from the front door, and the unit was clean and comfortable. Simply put….Yes, I would stay here again!

Snowmass Condo-perfect for a ski week

Great Condo! We stayed for a family vacation and the place was great. Very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to the base and upper village stops right at the door after it loops around (which is helpful when it’s really cold because you can time when you grab your skis to be outside waiting.) We did walk our skis to the bridge to where you can ski right up to Assay lift, but honestly, the shuttle is so convenient we only did that once! Owners are very responsive. The hot tub is steps away and after a day on the mountain, it is well received. I have stayed in this complex before but never in a place so we’ll outfitted. Oh and the fireplace! Easy walk to Clark’s to get groceries for chili ingredients and firewood for a nice night in. Mist tries: Il poggio, kenichi, pine creek cookhouse (snow shoe or ski in), Lynn Britt on the mountain, woody creek tavern. I highly recommend this property.

Great property and wonderfully responsive host

First thing first: the owner, Matt, was incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay, despite being on vacation himself, overseas--even to the point of offering to have a new television delivered to the condo when the existing one went on the fritz. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating of a last minute extension as well, when a storm "stranded" us at Snowmass. The unit itself is exactly as advertised - no misleading descriptions or photos. A very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and convenient condo. We appreciated the fact that, unlike a lot of units we have stayed in, this one was well stocked with the essentials of day-to-day life (condiments, spices, laundry detergent, etc). While the unit is an easy walk to the Assay Chair, it is not truly "ski out," especially when the road is not snow-covered. The hike was not an issue for us, but someone expecting to ski out the door and onto the slopes will not get that. All in all an excellent experience all around. Thanks, Matt!

Great place, long walk in ski boots

Walking to Assay hill lift in the morning is not bad at all but for us Southerners we ran out of oxygen pretty quickly at the end of the day. After the first day we just decided to shuttle from the village which is super easy. Overall great property and I would recommend to others!

Ski week in Aspen

We had a phenomenal stay! Loved the property, which was beautiful and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer location — ~3-4 minute walk along a snow covered path to Assay Hill lift, which can either be walked or skied. Phenomenal host, who was quite responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Everything I could have wanted for a stay in Snowmass!

My friends and I rented out this beautiful condo for 4 nights in mid/late September and all of our expectations were greatly exceeded! Matthew was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He provided us with a listing of all the information we could have wanted for our stay which made our trip completely stress free! The location was absolutely perfect (we visited Snowmass, Aspen, hiked around and were able to walk to shops and restaurants). A few things I didn't notice on the listing but were phenomenal was the fabulous balcony with outdoor seating & great view, bluetooth surround sound & working fireplace! We used them all! I truly could not have asked for anything better and after having such an incredible experience I know Matthew's place will be my go to spot for any and all future trips to Snowmass. If you are considering a trip here , book this condo!! You will not be dissapointed!

Great location

Great location for access, but away from the crowds- 5min walk to grocery store, village center easily accessible and 30min to Aspen. We Matthew was easily accessible. Hope to be back again.

Great place at Snowmass

My son and I really enjoyed staying in this modern condo with a beautiful view, close access to Snowmass (ski in/out), parking and hot tub. Very comfortable, roomy and up to date. Close to free buses. to Snowmass Village and Aspen.

We had a great visit with our family. The place was clean, quick access to Snowmass Village (shuttle right in front of the building), and awesome amenities like a fully functional kitchen, wood burning fire, and washer/dryer. Matt was very responsive via message which made booking seamless!

Superb Snowmass Condo

My husband and I enjoyed several days at this well located condo. Easy walk out the front door to the shuttle or short walk over the bridge to the Assay Lift. Convenient to grocery store on the mountain for those last minute or forgotten items. The condo is well decorated and the kitchen has everything that a cook needs when away from their own home. Matt was in touch and available, if we had any questions. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo! We would love to come back again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a getaway. Walking distance to ski lifts, trails, restaurants and markets. Shuttle service on demand to take you to a d from village area. Matthew was responsive and had great tips for our stay. Highly recommended!

we walked to the ski lift every day in under 5 mi

Absolute perfect stay. Matt & Roberta's place is in an incredible location, we walked to the ski lift every day in under 5 minutes and the bus into town was at the end of the steps. We also did a night in Aspen and the bus was super easy and close by. The condo itself is very well furnished and everything was brand new. Super cool art throughout the home and the views out the window were amazing. 5 Stars!
