We love Honua Kai and had a seamless experience booking this unit. The hosts were proactive, responsive, friendly and overly accommodating. The ground floor unit is in great condition with extras for the kids and super conveniently located. By far the best hosts in my years coming to Honua Kai with their communication, recommendations for the island and prep info.

It was a solid location with lots to do yet easy to travel and see other parts of the island. Property was clean and had everything we needed, and we had great communication with the owners before and during our stay.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property! I always love a ground floor suite where my boys (age 6 and 8) have easy access to run around outside. This property is away from the noise of the pool and other guests and has quick access to the underground parking garage which we found very convenient as we were constantly on the go exploring the area. When we came back to the property to "relax" in the evening we found the condo, pool, beach, and towel service very enjoyable. My 8 year old loved body surfing and boogie boarding in the ocean and my 6 year old loved the water slide in the pool. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, boogies boards and more. It was a very comfortable space. We put our two boys on the pull out couch (this would not be comfortable sleeping for an adult). Communication with the owners was very easy. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay on the west side of Maui!

Great property! Nice resort with a fun restaurant by the ocean. On a beautiful beach with great snorkeling. Very clean and owners are very quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Seamless booking, communication and stay. The property is as described… clean, convenient and well located. The towel service is great also, no damp towels at any point. The accommodation served us well for our first time in Hawaii, and the hosts made everything easy for us.

Wonderful hosts & a perfect place for families!

The resort is an excellent place for families. From the ease of access, multiple pools, location right on the beach, towel service, lots of food options within walking distance - it's a win win win! The apartment itself was clean, great for cooking and the bed was super comfortable. Loved being on the 1st floor to enjoy the lanai. Thank you Al!

Perfect Location, Great Communication

Clean, exactly as billed, well stocked kitchen, perfect for our week long stay at HK. The owners were so nice and very easy to communicate with. The towel exchange program that they belong to is a major perk! Great place!

Perfect for a family of 4!

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 4 and we would highly recommend this unit and the resort. We loved not having to deal with stairs and elevators and enjoyed the patio and yard. The hosts were very helpful and passed along some great tips and recommendations.

Perfect getaway!

Honua Kai is our favorite property and this condo is fantastic. Very clean with a great location (very convenient to parking, pool, lobby). The amenities provided by the owners were very appreciated (body boards, chairs, beach umbrella). You will not be disappointed!

Great location!

We loved the location and felt like it was one of the better spots in the building. The outside area is private and it’s on the side of the building closer to the snorkeling part of the beach. So easy to walk back and forth if you forgot something. Love the pools and ease of everything with kids too.

Fantastic!

We unfortunately had bummer weather (by Maui standards) but the property was so convenient to be in and out of based on how we were coping. The property was beautiful and our hosts were so kind to check in and make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect and just as described. We loved having the garden area to enjoy and eat in . It is so quiet being next to only one other condo. The resort is beautiful . Having a great restaurant like Dicks 2 minutes walk is a bonus. The beach here is gorgeous. We saw so many whales !Do not hesitate to rent this condo!

We have loved Maui and especially the Kaanapali beach area since we first brought our young family in the early 90's. Since then we have not stopped coming back to Maui. When we land, it always feels like home. We initially purchased a 2 bedroom suite in 2014. We strive to maintain both of our suites in "as new" condition and truly value our guests. Our two bedroom suite VRBO # 584276 is just one floor up and two suites over. A one minute walk up the stairs.

You will love it! First class property, in a first class resort. We chose Honua Kai because it stands out from the rest. Because it is our home away from home, we have included everything you need to make it feel like your family's also. A custom NanaWall sliding door system (wall to wall & floor to ceiling) and eleven foot ceiling brings the outside in, creating a seamless experience between interior and exterior living space.

It is minutes to the pool or North Kaanapali beach. A beach boardwalk takes you by other resort complexes with their own unique poolside restaurants. The boardwalk extends all the way to the Sheraton at Black Rock. A shopping center is within walking distance and includes an excellent supermarket, restaurants, video rentals, dive & snorkel rentals.
