Great Location

Can’t beat the location. Great whether you have a golf cart or not. Small community with its own pool in the middle of the complex.

Get away

Overall nice place. Well kept. Only problem is at nith the kitchen gets infested with little reaches for some reason. This place does need to be sprayed with some bug killer.

Perfect for Port A!

The property is well appointed and nicely thought out. Great location near beach and downtown shops/restaurants. Property management is attentive, appreciate they will text with you for any needs/questions, many times that’s just easier. Had a great stay in Port A!

Family get away

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfect for us, as our friends stayed in a house nearby. We also rented a cart from this leasing agent. Top notch and we will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend staying at the commons!

We had a great time ..this was our 2nd year in a row to stay there & it was just as fun as the first time.. great restaurants, stores & places to rent a golf cart all near by & the beach is just around the corner..definitely want to go back next summer!

Middle of the action

This was our first time to not stay on the beach in Port A, but in town. It was a great space. Clean, roomy, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s definitely in the middle of the Port A action. The complex has a small pool that was usually full of people, so we only used it once. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town and to the beach.

Awesome Stay

We go to Port A every year and have stayed at several places in town. This place made the top 3. From booking..to communication..to cleanliness..to the location..I was very impressed. Would highly recommend this condo and hope we can stay there again soon!!

Charming beach getaway!

We loved the property from the minute we stepped inside! The decor was perfect for the beach. It looked newly renovated. The beds were comfy. It was very spacious. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, dining and fun shops! Can’t wait to return!

Immaculate and comfortable

Husband and I decided to do a last-minute trip with our 3 kids. I’ve been coming to Port Aransas my whole life. This was, hands down, the nicest and cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Ample room, everything was nice and new and clean, all the pots and pans you could ask for. The pool was awesome, chilly but would warm right up with a couple hours of afternoon sun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book it again. Thanks!

Not the Stay We Were Hoping For

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our condo we found it to strongly smell of smoke. The porch was missing seating and when we texted the management company about it, they told us to just take some from the pool, which we did. The condo was fairly clean but in the master bathroom the shower curtain was much too small for the size of the tub, it was stained, and there was a huge hole ripped in it. Both nights of our stay we had very loud neighbors who would fight right outside our windows at 12, 2 am, and 3 am. They were screaming obscenities at each other and our kids were nervous and scared. We were nervous to call anyone on them should they find out it was us and turn their anger our way. Our kids had never heard anything like that before. Upon checkout we shared all of this information to which the manager was very apologetic. He said they would give us a credit for our stay being so uncomfortable. They did give us a $105 credit which they then drafted from our card a few days later. Nice words and apologies don't mean much when you don't follow through with what you said you would do. I can't imagine we will stay with this particular management company again. In fact, we've found that staying with privately owned VRBO's is a much nicer experience. We take our family to the coast every year for 2-5 nights.
