There were little areas of the condo that had been overlooked during the cleaning process before our arrival. The dryer vent was packed with lint, and the downstairs bathroom faucet was caroted. And we cleaned the sliding glass door leading onto the patio from salt and water build up so we could fully enjoy the beautiful view. But otherwise, it was clean. The 2nd bedroom was lacking...the w/d had been placed in the only closet, so I ended up hanging a few things in the king bedroom (thanks for sharing, sister!) there was furnishings on the queen bedroom, but no real dresser or mirror. Besides hanging up a few shirts, my husband and I mostly lived out of our suitcases, which we were able to keep open on the spare twin bed. Our mattress on the queen bed was SUPER comfortable! The pool area was wonderful. Clean and well maintained. We had some nice chats with other condo visitors...the clientele that we encountered were all very nice. And, we found out how rare it is to have a pool along this stretch of beach. Considering that we love our walks on the beach, but no longer swim in the ocean, a pool is extremely important to us and Sandpiper delivered!Rikki was great to work with. She got us into the condo that best met our needs, and we had a very relaxing week. Even with the few compromises we made, it was still a great choice, and we would return!

Great views

This property was just what the picture show. The views from every view is amazing. They have updated all the furniture from the pics on the listing and it is wonderful. The chair lift that goes up the stairs does take off half of the stairs and makes it hard to get up and down with the luggage. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Sandpiper crescent beach 206

Very lovely property, pretty much as depicted. Crescent beach is a beautiful quiet beach with soft white sand , very easy to social distance. Anna was immediately responsive to some small glitches at check in. Comfortable king bed in master and wonderful view from the balcony.

Amazing Location

I have been coming to Crescent Beach for the past twenty years. However, this was my first time at the Crescent Sandpiper. I was pleasantly surprised... it was an older complex but everything was extremely well-kept and the access to the beach and pool was the best I’ve seen! No long board walks, just one set of steps and you’re on the beach! We enjoyed our week and will definitely come back!!

Very Relaxing

We had a great time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it was like one big happy family! If the tide was starting to come in people grabbed your chair and if a storm was coming people raced to help each other. With that being said everyone still stayed very spread out on the beach. It was not crowded at all. The condo was exactly as It was in the pictures, and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back next year!

Condo

The linens were ancient and need to be replaced. The bed is old and not good, needs clean mattress, padding was groase! Bed spread had body fluids from last visitor. That was really disgusting! It was pretty clean but pics are deceiving. Chair lift was a big surprise and if I would have seen it I might not have rented it. It has belongings in ot that make the place feel like your staying in someone's occupied home. It needs new bed, all linens and the chair lift need to go. Also the cable downstairs didnt work except one day and never did get repaired. That wasn't that big of a deal and the manager did try to get it fixed. Maybe some nice patio furniture as well. The view was wonderful!!
