ユニークな2家族の芸術＆工芸品クラシックスタイルの古典的な家。このリストは、3つの寝室、3つのバスルーム、3つの寝室のみを備えた階下のためのもので、5は寝て、VRBO（番号1316337）の別のリストにある「上のレベル」とは完全に別です。家全体（番号155078）！

1900年代初頭のユニークでハイエンドなアーツ＆クラフツスタイルのクラシック建築の家は、クラウンプラザホテルから2棟下の場所にあり、レイクプラシッドのメインストリートまで歩いて行ける距離にあり、手入れの行き届いたミラーレイクの岸辺で素晴らしいショッピングや食事が楽しめます。アイアンマンのスタートとフィニッシュからも徒歩圏内です。私たちの家は完全に改装され、細部にまで細心の注意を払い、元のテーマとスタイルに沿っています。よく考え抜かれたアディロンダックの装飾から、ラジアンヒート、アーチ型の天井、詳細な絵画、そして専用バスルームまで。

この階下または下の階には、3つのベッドルーム（キング、クイーン、クイーン）とフル専用バスルームのほか、ハーフバス、さらにファミリールームにはソファーベッド、AC、デスク、テレビが備わっています。各寝室にはたくさんのクローゼットスペースとテレビがあり、リビングルームと洗濯機と乾燥機には大きなエンターテイメントシステムがあります。全体に大きな窓があり、各部屋はラジアンの熱を帯びたユニークな色で描かれています。キッチンはハイエンドで、家族や友人が集まるために必要なものがすべて揃っています。私たちのダイニングエリアは8席と私たちはテーブル、椅子、大きなガスのグリルで楽しむためのプライベート屋外パティオがあります。

各階はそれぞれ独立した階で、専用の入り口があり、2000平方フィートです。家はまた偉大な路上駐車のための8台までの車を収容することができます。

Awesome house, close to town, spotless and totally updated inside, large kitchen and great porch to relax on. You can’t go wrong with this rental, highly recommend. Host was also super communicative and always available if needed.

Really awesome house! I lived here for 2 nights with 5 of my other friends. The location was extremely convenient - easy and fast to get to anything you need close by. And the rooms themselves are super clean and cozy. One of my best experiences ever! Everything was super clean and tidy, and ready to be used. In addition, the host Ryan was super nice and willing to accomodate for special requests. Really appreciate that!!

Convenient location for walking to everything downtown LP! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It made a great home base to visit neighboring attractions within an hour. We had great communication with Rudy and appreciate the effort made to accommodate our family upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

This house was absolutely great ! The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere in town or to the beach from there. It is very well appointed and the owner was particularly helpful when we had a question about a window missing a shade. We would definitely come back another year.

Beautiful house & a great location!

Having 3 bedrooms all with a bathroom was perfect for our family of seven. The large kitchen & table was also a plus for a large group. It is a great location that made it easy to get to anywhere in Lake Placid! We enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was unbeatable--close enough to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, but far away enough to enjoy quiet time on the front porch. The house was large, clean, and bright, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would absolutely recommend this rental.

Mini Family Vacation

Despite the cold/rainy weather, we had a wonderful weekend vacation. The host Rudy was great to work with, giving us lots of suggestions for indoor activities and restaurants. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus! We'll be back in the future.

Excellent Lake Placid Location

The house is roomy, with 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It is in a great location at the top of the hill above Main Street. This is easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

The house was amazing. Located a close walk into the town shops and restaurants. Lots of room for everyone. The large kitchen and living room was a great place to gather, cook and have fun. Would definitely book again.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private covered deck, patio furniture, private covered porch with BBQ Gas Grill

INDOOR LIVING: All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, 5 Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom + 1 in each of the two living areas), large dining table, board games, books

KITCHEN: Fully equipped. Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, spices, coffee, tea, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, trash bags/paper towels

GENERAL: Central A/C, free WiFi, desk/working area, linens/towels, iron/board, complimentary toiletries, full laundry room with washer/dryer, hair dryer, hangers, secure heated garage for ski and bike storage as well ski tuning

FAQ: Steps required for entry and is not wheelchair accessible. Lower-level is totally separate from the upper-level, which is not available for rent.

Note that we are no longer pet friendly but will make some exceptions on a case by case basis.
