Isla Verde

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The location on the beach was terrific, and the view (as described in description) was stunning. The property itself was a little bit shabbier than I had expected. The beach chairs provided, which we used every day, were aging, though functional. These are minor complaints. Again, we really enjoyed our stay. But refreshing the chairs and maybe some of the paint would have made the experience even better.

Excellent location and great host.

Amazing location, attentive host. Some difficulty getting the uber driver to get to the front entrance of the property building as it is an access restricted gated community. Need better check in directions. Great stay.

Excellent place to stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we will definitely be back. This is in a great location with a beautiful view. We walked to almost everything but Ubers will pick you up in a matter of minutes. Beatrice sent us a wealth of information that helped us tremendously on what to do and where to eat. We got an email checking in on us to make sure we arrived safely and asking if we needed anything. Supplied us with a small cooler, beach chairs and towels. It is a definite must see!!

Great accommodations and close to everything

We’re not people who travel to stay inside. We love to go out experience the culture and the atmosphere. But we were so pleased with the apartment. It offered the best views and it was just as the pictures showed. Thank you! We really had a fantastic time.

Amazing ocean view!! Great pool. Beatrice provided us with local restaurants, things to do, etc. And all suggestions we tried were excellent!

Awesome location

We love the beach and this condo is right on the beach. At night you can hear the waves crashing. The host also left a boogie board and beach chairs. We would stay there again.

What a dream!

The condo was absolutely perfect and comfortably accommodated our family of 5. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved waking up and being able to sit out there before we started our day. We had the beach during the day and enjoyed the pool in the evening. We were close enough to Old San Juan and a 45 minute drive to El Yunque. There were plenty of restaurants right across the street. We highly recommend Playa Papaya if you’re looking to have breakfast/brunch. Beatrice was very sweet and easy to get a hold of in the event we had a question. We’re hoping to be able to go back next summer.

Excellent view!

View is heavenly. One of the best if not the best in Isla Verde. Apartment is nice, clean, and comfortable. Access to beach is through a turnstile gate and this is very difficult with a baby, stroller etc. To use hot water we had to flip breaker but after that it worked great. The area is awesome. Great security and parking. The view is ridiculous. We loved our stay. Great pizza and asian food right across the street.

Perfect Location

Beautiful condo and location is great. Lot of security and private access to the beach. Provided beach chairs, some sand toys and boogie boards…our kids loved it. Amazing panoramic view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and Walgreens just outside the building so it was super convenient. The only con was no vacuum which I think is a must in beach locations due to sand everywhere. There is no washer dryer in the apartment but it was no biggie…also had a mix up about the building. We entered the correct building but from the basement we went to the wrong wing elevator and there are no signs on which wing the elevator is for. We immediately contacted the host and they helped us identify we were in the wrong wing.

Beautiful View

The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The view is great. The beach is active but not crowded. The host provided a lot of info about the area that was helpful. We arrived a a very heavy traffic time and had some difficulty locating the entry so we called the host who stayed on line with us and directed us which was so appreciated !

Wonderful condo on beach - great views from balcony

We greatly enjoyed this condo right on the beach. You can't beat the view and it's right next to restaurants and grocery shopping. Walgreens is right across the street for those items you forgot. The kitchen is surprisingly small, so if you want to cook, that would be a challenge. We did simple breakfasts (using the stove as a counter) and it worked well. The owner was very communicative, provided excellent information including a very comprehensive guide to restaurants, day trips, tour companies, and much more. The check in process was the easiest I've ever experienced. We highly recommend this location. 4 star because of the kitchen size.

Peak relaxation

The view from the room is spectacular. Very clean and the smart tv is clutch for when hanging out before bed. Great restaurants within a mile walk. Place was awesome!

Amazing place to stay

The property was exactly like it was listed. The views are amazing from the patio seating and the bedroom windows. Very conveniently located and an easy check in process. Very secure. We had trouble with the microwave not heating and contacted the host and she arranged for a new one that was delivered first thing the next morning, excellent customer service.

Just like pictures

The condo was amazing! It was seconds from the beach and the pictures were exact! The built in A/C system was freezing but felt great after a hot day outside. One of the beach chairs was broken so we couldn’t carry it very well and the cooler had a broken handle but everything else was great! We will be back!

Honeymoon

Our stay was amazing. Everything was perfect. Beatrice checked on us to see if we needed anything to which we didn’t need anything because everything was just right, we felt at home but only it was Paradise. We will be back and we will be using her condos again! Gah, we are going to miss this island! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon that we will never forget!

Convenient location at the best beach in the northern part of San Juan.

My husband, our college aged son and our six year old all stayed at Marbella del Caribe from July 2- July 9. The check in process was easy, a car rental across the street, many places to dine within walking distance, on the bus route, with many cabs happy to take you on the day trip of your choosing. But the star of the show was the sunset and the sunrise. The beach is clean, the water is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Laundry is available, a small kitchenette for your use, and the A/C cranks- you’ll need it. Do yourself a favor and dine at Metropol up the street. You won’t regret it. We were very comfortable with our king sized bed, our oldest on the pull out couch and the wee one slept on the cot. If we ever come back to San Juan, we will be sure to use a property through this VRBO host. They were so easy to work with!

Nicest beach area in Isla Verde

Clean and safe property in a nice area. Beach is excellent. Clean beach. All sand. No rocks. Great spot to spent the day on the beach. Pool is nice. I would certainly stay again. Also, Beatrice the property manager is a very good communicator and is on top of making certain your stay is troublefree.
