Thise Ocean Front Studio offers incredible Ocean and Beach views, as well as the Condado Lagoon and city in one of the best urban waterfront locations. Studio is located next to the Caribe Hilton hotel and walking distance to 2 popular Beaches, water sports at Condado Lagoon, 20 + Restaurants, Shops and Old San Juan. Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.

The Studio sleeps 2 guests with a King Size Bed, with refrigerator and microwave. Juliet balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.

Great location but .

Parking close was 31/6hrs. One block nice walk was only 7/day. Bed was not comfortable..hard and sheets did not fit. AC said Don't turn Off was cold so we opened door

The newly remodeled condo was wonderful!

The condo was exactly as the pictures show. We stayed a long time in this condo, so we needed plenty of space which this provides. The kitchen size was perfect, and the bathroom was plenty large. I also feel this condo is modern based on PR standards which we appreciated. Our host Sally, was very accommodating and helped me navigate the Vrbo process since we are new to traveling. The only thing we would have preferred was a balcony we could sit on. We thought the condo had this, but it does not. However everything else was wonderful and we had such a good time with family we didn't care. If you want success visiting PR, I would recommend planning your trip (outings and restaurants) ahead of time. You don't need reservations more than 1 day or 2 in advance, however it is hard to figure out what to do during your stay. Don't miss the beautiful free beaches, 2 historical forts well worth it, and rainforest excursions (you can choose the cheap ones since they all do mostly the same thing). The best restaurant we ate at was Lapcadera in OSJ, but we had many great meals. We hope to return to Puerto Rico next year if things work out. Thanks for offering a nice place for visitors to experience Puerto Rico and it's culture

Amazing Stay During San Sebastian Celebration

It was a pleasure to visit Puerto Rico again, and to stay in this Apartment for 4 Days. When we booked the trip, we had no idea that it was during the San Sebastian festivities in Old San Juan. Sally, the host, made sure that we were prepared for the logistics in getting in and out of San Juan with so many street closures. She was also responsive in a timely matter when I had any questions or concerns. The apartment is centrally located between Old San Juan and El Condado. We walked to all the festivities, sights and restaurants numerous times. All the activities in Old San Juan were great and the government did an amazing job in the planning and keeping people safe! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to San Juan!

Perfect Location and Jumping Off Point

Candado Lagoon Villas is at a perfect intersection to access restaurants, historical sites, night life, and highways. 15 minutes to the airport. Quiet spot with some decent amenities. All you need if you’re not high maintenance. I will return!

Great room/vrbo itself, very clean and organized. Room looks just like the listing pictures, however the building the condo is in is not the best. It is ran down not very appealing, next to abandoned buildings, etc. The location is superb, right on Condado Beach, minutes from many locations.

What an amazing stay in San Juan for our wedding anniversary! The condo is exactly as described and had everything that we needed. Location is wonderful. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Check in was very swift and communication with host Sally is extremely fast and easy! She provided us with great food recommendations and things to do in the surrounding areas. You won’t regret booking!

We had the absolute best time here. The place was so cute and Clean. Sally was the absolute greatest host and is quick to reply, and give amazing suggestions for what to do in the area. The apartment is central to lots of great places to eat and the security at the front desk gave us some great recommendations on where to go or first night. The security was amazing and every security guard we talked to was super friendly and helpful. We parked in the Normandy parking lot which was super convenient and very inexpensive. We loved that you could walk to Escambron Beach easily and do some self guided snorkeling! We saw many fish and even a sea turtle! We also also multiple seas turtles off our balcony in the bay! Zero complaints and so grateful we found Sally’s place for our first trip to Puerto Rico!

Great location and very comfortable accommodations!

This property was very clean and located next door to Hilton Caribe. Great beach and great restaurants nearby. Fun coffee shop around the corner. We lucked out and attended an International Beer Festival by our beach the night before we left. Great music, food and beer! Locals were very welcoming!

Visit and birthday trip

Description states balcony and it’s barely wide to stand. Jacuzzi was filthy with murky water and jets did not work. The hot water in the shower was scalding and not able to regulate but only lasted a couple of minutes then cold water. The grounds are very unkept. Sally the just was very helpful with recommendations but no assistance with the hot water issue or the jacuzzi

We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and more. Really loved the pool and hot tub, just wished they stayed open past 8:00 pm. Security was great too.

Best time in beautiful Puerto Rico

Perfect location, clean room and responsive hosts

Loved a great getaway in February. Very clean place. The hosts were responsive and offered great advice. Great view from the balcony. One little nit-pick, the balcony is smaller than I thought but not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful place to stay! We loved the gorgeous view, and the location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride into Old San Juan each day for sightseeing and scrumptious dining. The beach is a short walk and has rental chairs and umbrellas. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the comforts of home. You will not be disappointed!
