Cleanliness is a top priority for us. The house is thoroughly cleaned and checked before every stay, and there is no mold in the bathroom. We were surprised to read these concerns, especially since we didn't hear about any of them during your stay. If you had reached out, we would have been glad to address anything right away. About the sleeping arrangements: our listing clearly states that the home has two queen beds, plus an air mattress and a couch. We list the home for up to five guests with families in mind, where the fifth guest is usually a child. If you had contacted us before booking, we would have told you honestly that the home isn't the right fit for five adults. We always encourage guests to message us with questions before booking so we can make sure the house suits their group.
