Relaxing

Although it is an older place it was clean and not run down. Beds where more comfortable that a more expensive and up to date place that we stayed in a week before less than a mile away. Having the river right out back was amazing.

The first unit (the one pictured here) had a broken fridge.Moved to a 2nd unit - thermostat not adjustable, bedroom was VEY cold, bedroom fireplace doesn't vent properly so the place filled with smoke. Service person checked it out, flu was open, still didn't work right. No TV in the bedroom.Staff was friendly and helpful, the rest was disappointing,Couch was VERT uncomfortable.

We are sorry your stay fell short — the broken fridge, thermostat and fireplace venting issues, the very cold bedroom, lack of a bedroom TV, and uncomfortable couch are not the standard we aim for. Our maintenance team will investigate and address the fridge, thermostat, and venting, and we’ll evaluate the couch and amenity listing. We appreciate your note about our staff’s friendliness and have asked our Guest Hospitality Manager to follow up.

It does the trick for one night and the location is great but look elsewhere if you're looking for a comfortable place to enjoyToilet in bathroom leaks out the bototm everytime the toilet is flushed. Occasionally stentch from bathroom because of this.Unit very dated. Pillows were very thin. Numerous check out steps and numerous checkout instructions (text, email, portal, and paper in unit all described somewhat different checkout procedures). Take out trash to across the street.Towels for hot tub / pool not provided. Wood for fireplace not provided

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry your stay fell short — the toilet leaking and bathroom odor, thin pillows, and dated condition are not acceptable. Our maintenance team will inspect and repair the toilet and plumbing, and housekeeping will replace the pillows and perform a deeper clean. We’ll review the unit’s furnishings for needed updates. We also heard the checkout instructions were inconsistent; we will consolidate and correct all guest messaging so one clear process is provided. The listing and guest materials will be updated to clarify that pool/hot tub towels and firewood are not provided, and we’ll evaluate adding those amenities. We appreciate your note about the location and regret the inconveniences you experienced.

We enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located to the ski resort. We prefer staying in a condo for more space and a kitchen for preparing our breakfasts and dinners.As a previously rental property owner, I understand maintenance issues and thought I would share a few issues that need some attention. The kitchen sink faucet leaks, so I put a wash cloth around it to soak up the water as needed. The guest bathroom, bathtub faucet is not properly attached. When reaching down to pull up on the small water diverter valve to shower, the entire metal faucet pulls up. The master bathroom shower looks great, but the space between the sliding doors allows water to escape leaving some water on the floor. We tried to be careful, so we used the guest bathroom. Again we tried to be careful there too.When checking in, the thermostat temperature was 80 degrees. We turned off the thermostat, but the heat would come on even though the thermostat was off. Perhaps the thermostat needs changing.The coffee pot is old and needs replacing. That is an easy fix. I hope these suggestions will be helpful

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m glad the location worked well for your trip and you enjoyed the space. I’m sorry for the issues you found — we will have maintenance replace/repair the leaking kitchen faucet, secure the guest tub faucet/diverter, adjust or re-seal the master shower sliding doors to prevent water escape, and have an HVAC tech inspect/replace the thermostat so the heat responds correctly. We’ll also replace the coffee pot. We appreciate your note and experience as a former owner — it’s helpful and we’ll address these items promptly.

Ok, average. Out dated.

Couldnt adjust the temp, had to leave doors open, and used bar soap in shower from previous occupants. Could use alot of updating also.

Nice location on Fraser River I’m town.

Very nice location on banks of Fraser river. Nicely furnished if a little dated. Unfortunately check in and out process was cumbersome; having to drive thru town to get keys for unit and drop them off when leaving. Also, the beautiful balcony overlooking river had no furniture , so hard to enjoy.
