With beautiful open sea views, this holiday home is located in the coastal community of Los Altos in La Herradura, Granada, an hour east of Malaga, on the border of a natural park. Spread across three levels, the villa offers space, comfort, and a relaxed setting for up to eight guests.



The home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, making it well-suited for families or groups traveling together.



Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds

- Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.



All terraces enjoy sea views, perfect for slow mornings and long evenings.



Guests have access to several outdoor spaces, including a private garden with lemon and fig trees, outdoor furniture and barbecue, an open terrace, a balcony, a rooftop terrace, a shared pool with sun loungers, and two paddle-tennis courts.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Los Altos is a residential community with permanent residents and everyday routines. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful stay with a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.



To respect the community, guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am and during siesta (3:00–5:00 pm), keep voices and music at a considerate level on terraces and in the garden, and use the shared pool respectfully, returning sun loungers under the pergola after use.



If you value tranquillity, sea views, and a relaxed pace of life, you’ll feel right at home at Los Altos.

Great house with great views

Very well appointed house done to a good standard. Lots of room for up to 8 on 3 floors. Views over the bay to La Herradura were a feature from all the rooms

Pros: A fantastic property with amazing views over the beautiful coastline. Spacious terrace to enjoy meals overlooking the bay. We were a party of 6 and there was so much space for us all. Modern kitchen with all the utensils you could ever need and a modern fridge/freezer with an ice-maker which was much used. This property is extremely well furnished and has all you could need for your stay. The owners were excellent to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pros: We zijn in oktober 2018 met onze twee tieners van 16 en 18 jaar in dit mooie huis met geweldige uitzichten geweest. Het huis is schitterend, schoon en goed ingericht. Ook het contact met Eline was erg prettig. Het zwembad was mooi en onze tieners hebben zich ook goed vermaakt op de tennisbaan. La Herradura is erg rustig in oktober en persoonlijk vonden we Nerja 's avonds wel wat gezelliger. De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. De informatie hierover van Eline was erg uitgebreid. Er is geen TV in het huis aanwezig. Wij vonden dat niet erg maar het is wel goed om vooraf te weten. De Wifi was prima. Het huis bestaat uit 3 verdiepingen waardoor je wel rekening moet houden met traplopen. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Een aanrader is om een excursie te doen bij Activ8you. Wij hebben een Kajak en Snorkel excursie gedaan, echt top!

It is beautifully decorated, spacious and is very well provided for regarding appliances etc. We arrived late but the check in lady was there and was very helpful. The hosts had supplied fantastic directions from the airport and we arrived with no hitches. The view is incredible from the house. I would completely recommend this property.

Pros: Vi var en familie på mormor, morfar, to døtre, en svigersøn og tre børnebørn, som havde stor glæde af at bo i Los Altos nr. 18, hvor vi havde fin indkvartering med gode senge, badeværelser, stue, veludrustet køkken, dejlige terrasser og en hyggelig lille græsplæne. Der var nem og hurtig adgang til bebyggelsens fælles pool, hvor især børnene havde mange gode timer, og Agnes på 8 år endelig fik lært at svømme uden svømmeluffer og badering. På dette tidspunkt af året virkede området lettere "tomt", og hele bebyggelsen gav indtryk af en form for turistghetto. Det "lokale" liv skulle findes nede i selve La Herradura, som vi valgte at køre til p.g.a. afstanden og stigningerne i terrænet. Her var stranden rigtig fin, hvis vinden ikke lige piskede bølgerne for hårdt op! Stort set alle strandrestauranterne var relativt dyre og uden god kvalitet, men der var en markedshal og et godt supermarked, som kunne forsyne os med alt nødvendigt til hele opholdet! Alt i alt nød vi opholdet i Los Altos nr. 18 og kan kun anbefale det overfor kommende brugere.

Pros: This lovely house with its beautiful view was one of the best we have ever had. Disciption and photos promised what you really get. From the first moment we felt well and relaxed. Every second of each day we enjoy our stay in La Herradura. Communication with Eline was fast and uncomplicated. She gave us a lot of tips, what to do in La Herradura in a portfolio map. Also the support of Lee was great. She gave answers of questions immidiately and was available every time. Although of Corona we felt save and the strict pool roules weren‘t a problem anytime. We used the wonderful pool area every day as long as we wanted and never felt limited... that was our greatest worry before arrival. My family and me just can recommend this wonderful villa and Eline as host. Thank you for 15 gorgeous days!

Pros: Het e-mail contact met Eline was vanaf het begin zeer goed en hartelijk. Het huis is werkelijk prachtig en de renovatie van 2 van de 3 badkamers is erg goed uitgevoerd. De keuken is ruim en de amerikaanse koelkast een verademing tijdens de warmte. Er staat een goede (nieuwe) wasmachine waardoor alle spullen schoon de koffer ingegaan zijn. Het huis ligt hoog op een berg waardoor je werkelijk een schitterend uitzicht hebt. Tijdens het verblijf had mijn vrouw een tandarts nodig en hier ook advies gevraagd (via SMS/iMessage) aan de eigenaresse. Naderhand informeerde ze nog hoe het met haar ging. Dit huis is in deze streek een echte aanrader. Er werd zelfs niet moeilijk gedaan over het feit dat wij 1 week familie over hadden (waren met 9 man waardoor er 1 op de kussens van de loungeset van het bovenste terras op de grond geslapen heeft. Het zwembad is om de hoek en lekker verkoelend (aan zee iets meer wind, wel lekkerder). Een auto heb je hier wel nodig want het is best steil omhoog.

También se anuncia que tiene garaje pero no se puede usar por que la dueña tiene sus cosas personales metidas en el, también q tiene tv pero no funciona por problemas de antena según nos comentó la persona encargada del piso así como aire acondicionado pero cobra por él. Nosotros contratamos la casa precisamente por el aire no lo tenía anunciado pero por el correo nos dijo q se lo acababan de instalar, a partir de ahí negociamos y cerramos el trato, cuando ya pagamos la reserva nos comentó pasado un tiempo que el aire nos lo tenía que cobrar a lo cual le dijimos que no estabamos de acuerdo porque no nos dijo nada al respecto antes de cerrar el trato, ella afirmó que teníamos razón pero que aún así nos tenía que cobrar, por ello lo del tītulo del comentario. La playa es de piedras y a nosotros nos tocó poniente luego el agua estaba muy fría.

Pros: We stayed at the house for virtually the whole of August & had a marvellous holiday.The accommodation was excellent,bedrooms modern & spacious especially the tower room which has a delightful terrace & view.The kitchen was very well equipped & leads to a super outdoor dining area ideal for barbecuing.The communal pool is secure & well managed & the tennis courts very close for early morning exercise.The town itself has many bars & restaurants & is only a 5 min car ride away( a car is essential though because of the position of the property).Eline is excellent to communicate with,& i would highly recommend the property.
