私たちの2ベッドルーム、2年半浴場のコンドミニアムから美しい景色をお楽しみください。私たちの部隊はMariner's Cayコミュニティにあります。コミュニティ自体は、大きなスイミングプール、2つの照明付きテニスコート、共用グリルエリア、フォリー川の素晴らしい景色、釣りを楽しめるボートドックを提供しています。 Downtown Folly Beachを目的地の人気スポットにしよう！

私たちのコンドミニアムは台所の花崗岩のカウンタートップ、4人掛けのダイニングエリア、ソファとフラットスクリーンテレビを含む広いリビングエリアを備えたオープンコンセプトです。リビングルームと主寝室の外にある囲い込まれたポーチからは、フォリー川の素晴らしい景色を望めます。ここでは、リラックスしておいしい本を楽しんだり、イルカや他の野生生物を見たりすることができます。

Beautiful water views and lovely screened in porch to view the water, dolphins, boats, etc. Provisions were great.

Quiet area and easily accessible. Short walk across bridge to beach.Dolphin activity in the mornings.Kitchen was stocked with needed items to cook.Enjoyed our stay in Charleston.

We enjoyed this Condo so much! Great view, spacious and comfortable. The owners are so responsive and down to earth. They are so easy to work with and message. We loved being close to folly but also close to Downtown.Thank you again- we will be back.

Perfect

We loved where this condo was. .90 mile walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery right on the screened porch that keeps you free of bugs! The pool was big and was never too busy. Made it very enjoyable! The owners was very kind and helpful. This was our first time to folly beach and will be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great location, great price, would stay again

The screened in porch was ideal for watching dolphins or sitting. The central qair was great when needed at night. The outside of the property was beautifully maintained and the condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to Folly Beach or getting easily into Charleston.or other popular locations

Girls weekend in Charleston

Perfect for our group of 4:00. We loved having a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony each day. Location was perfect, close to the beach and close to downtown. Complex was well maintained. Overall a great stay!

Spring break

Great location-semi comfortable beds- could use more blankets, and a coffee maker! The shower needs a good cleaning and regrouting - also it would be nice to have more than 4 bath towels, as we had to do laundry daily on vacation!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect weekend getaway! Beautiful condo with a peaceful atmosphere, super convenient and accessible to Folly's restaurants, beach, and shopping without being right in the middle of the party scene. Everything was welcoming and as advertised. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome home!

Couldn’t recommend this condo more!! It was very clean, had everything you needed, and within a 3 minute drive to downtown Folly or manageable walk to the island. Perfect for 3 small children and two adults. Amazing views of the river, with a beautiful screened in balcony off the family room. Would definitely stay here again!

Folly Get-Away

This was a perfect property! The location to Folly Beach was good, but the view of Folly River out the window was excellent! We enjoyed the pool and had a lovely time sitting out on the nearby dock watching the sunset. The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. Absolutely no issues, and we would gladly stay there again.

Loved everything about it!

We were a group of 5 headed to a cruise out of Charleston. Our first VRBO cancelled 2 days before were to leave, turned out to be a blessing! Folly Beach was awesome, this condo was everything we needed plus some. Love the screened in porch. We did get to see dolphins feeding when the tide went out! Next time we plan on skipping the cruise and just staying in Folly Beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls Trip

We had such an amazing time visiting Charleston and Folley Beach! The location was great! Sanam was amazing at communicating and helping out with any problems. The air conditioning wasn’t working and even with a holiday weekend the hosts got right on it and it was fixed very quickly! I really appreciated how helpful and prompt the communication was! The property itself is awesome. Well stocked, comfortable beds and pillows. The back deck was lovely and we watched the dolphin play in the river. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location - cozy condo - good for 4 people

The condo is on the top floor so you take two flights of stairs up. Great breeze through downstairs when front and screen windows are open. Table and seating area really only comfortable for 4 people although it says condo can sleep 5. It can sleep 5 if you use the air mattress in the upstairs closet but no linens were provided for the air mattress. Couch is a little dated and worn, but still comfortable, but additional seating would be nice for that living space. Also only 4 seats at kitchen table so 5 can't sit down to eat a meal. Kitchen appliances were nice and minimal pots/pans/mixing bowls available. Again, good for small group. Dishes and cups were plenty. Nice to have dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner all provided. Nice bath towels too. Location is perfect - within short walking distance to town of Folly Beach and less than one mile walk to Pier and beach. Grocery nearby too. Quiet community with great view from the condo. No frills condo but suited our needs well and enjoyed our stay. Owners were very nice, easy to communicate with and provided perfect instructions for check-in, check-out, etc.
