Hello, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your visit. Our local team has reviewed these concerns extensively. No mold was found and the tiles were all found to be in good repair. The refrigerator is working well. The cookware was just fully replaced in November and was found to be in great condition. The rugs were washed prior to arrival and found to be clean after departure. The towels were dried by our housekeeping team, if there were any that weren't fully dry we apologize. Our guest service agents are available 24 hours a day and if any issues arise we encourage guests to let us know so that we can assist. We hope to impress you in the future.
