First, let me start with the positives...the house is beautiful with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The large pool is really nice and a short walk from the house. The house is in a great location, half way between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is right across the street, with great options for food, drinks and a few shops. The beach access is not very convenient, as we are used to a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. However, the beach area we went to was not super crowded, which was rally nice.
Now, for the negatives...one of the main reasons we chose this house was because it included a golf cart and 4 bikes. When we arrived, there was no golf cart, and 2 of the bikes were not accessible. We were told the golf cart was wrecked in April, and were never notified. Even though the listing states it comes with 4 bikes, we were told that the bikes are not guaranteed. Lastly, use of the second shower had to be limited - longer showers or multiple people using the shower resulted in water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Maintenance did come check on the leak, but indicated this was normal per the way the house was built.
