Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Morning Tide! We have been visiting North Litchfield for almost 20 years and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. This home is beautiful and comfortable and Tidelife Vacation Rentals are easy to work with. The beach is wide with plenty of personal space. Everything you need is close by- grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, golf, etc. If you like biking, make sure you take advantage of the Huntington State Park trails.

It is perfect to be so close to the beach when there are children involved. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most nights for a group. We especially enjoyed the large porch space in the mornings and evenings. We will rent this house again.

We cook large meals at the beach and it was nice to have all the utensils, pans, and mixing bowls needed. One of the grills was completely rusted though and needs to be replaced. Every bedroom has a bathroom, which is beyond hard to find. There is also a powder room downstairs. The Oceanside decks were beautiful.

Best outdoor spaces

The bedrooms are all very spacious and the house truly can accommodate the described guest numbers. The outdoor space is very nice and we spent as much or more time on the deck as the beach. Extremely easy beach access and in a much quieter stretch of beach between the busier state park and Litchfield by the sea.

There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own private bedroom/bathroom and well as a large kitchen - living room area. We also love the large deck and easy access to the ocean.

Annual beach trip

The property was great. The huge picnic table was great for our shrimp boil and the location was awesome. Another great feature were the beds…..very comfortable. The only thing that we had a problem with was the TV service. We brought a fire stick so we used it in the great room. The other tvs did not have live tv as an option. If they did we could not figure it out. Also , with such a large group, the coffee maker should be better. We would definitely book again.

Morning Tide is Great All Day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year in this home so that must mean we love it. The new owners only made it better! Great choices in new furniture and beds too. There is so much room for adults, teens and the little ones. This year we enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal on the huge deck and double picnic tables. Turkey by the ocean. Hard to beat.

Beautiful home steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and had plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was super spacious and had everything we needed. Having 2 washer/dryer sets was a huge blessing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were so comfortable and having the private baths and ample bedroom space was especially nice. Kitchen was stocked to perfection. Hope we can return for another vacation soon. The deck was wonderful for all of us. It was furnished so well and delightful to enjoy in the evening . Also a great place for the 2 toddlers. They spent a lot of time out there.

6 Stars! Amazing home and location!

This home was everything and MORE than we expected! Beautiful beach front and 5 Large bedrooms each with their own full modern baths. Seriously a 6 STAR rating out of 5. We are already talking about returning. vacation was for my wife and I, with our 3 adult children and their better half's. We can not say enough. Fully stocked modern kitchen. room for all of us and could have had many more people and not felt crowded. THANKS!

Amazing location and amenities!

Family vacation on beach front property and amenities were excellent! Right on the beach with easy access to restaurants, golf courses, local shopping. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to go to the beach daily.

Beautiful Ocean Front Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house ! Inside and out! The functionality is perfect with 4 of the 5 bedrooms having an Ocean view. The large deck and walkway were amazing . I’m sure they will be used more in the Summer . We stayed in Feb.My only complaint was the Master bedroom closet drawers and bathroom cabinet drawers were very dirty! I was unable to use them which was unfortunate because I hate to live out of a suitcase on vacation. Also it would be nice to wash the throws and throw pillows ( and some of the upholstered furniture) as they had a strong body odor scent. Other than that I would totally recommend this house !
