Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're honored you chose our place to celebrate a birthday—what a special occasion! We're glad everything was perfect overall, and we appreciate your note about the algae. Nature can be unpredictable at times, but we're happy it didn’t take away from your celebration. We’d love to host you again for more memorable moments!

Condo Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a bug issue. Definitely needs to be serviced. K-Pod coffee maker still doesn't work. It didn't work 3 years ago when I last stayed. would recommend if these issues get fixed.

Cons, bed is not supportive, you can hear the unit upstairs, no trash can in kitchen, TV's are small, owner has web cameras on the porch and front door

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the great location and the beautiful beach! Thank you for your feedback on the beds, we will share it with the owner. There are 2 trash cans in the kitchen, which are found inside a kitchen cabinet. Had we known that you could not find the kitchen trash cans, we would have been happy to assist you. Please know, Dune Allen Realty is available 24/7 for anything that you may need. Yes, the owner has security cameras (not web cameras) on the exterior for security purposes. Despite the above, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back again the near future!

Renters @ Dune Allen since 1975

Excellent job on the renovation. Beds very comfortable and ample space in closets and drawers for clothing. On the down side guest bedroom needs lamps for reading and dimmers on all overhead lights in the unit. The garden tub shower combo in the master bedroom is an accident waiting to happen..
