Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. I am waiting for 2026 dates to open up. Would like to book again for next spring.Sofa and chair either need cleaning or replacement. We covered with towels. I feel owner is not aware of this. It did not cause us any dissatisfaction and plan on returning next year.

Good family place for a beach retreat

Very close to the beach - only a 5 minute walk. It is located right in the center of Folly Beach which gives it quick access to the pier, restaurants and stores. Recommended.

Everything about this condo is comfortable- location, elevator for third floor, distance walking to the beach and restaurants, parking lot, everything you need within the condo, and even the safety or the area. We love this condo and will be back!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location with ocean views and a wonderful balcony. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the place had many things stocked here and there we were happy to find. The place was very clean. Parking was great and we would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was the best thing about it. It’s in walking distance to the beach, many restaurants , a market& many shops. Folly Beach was amazing!

Loved our stay!

We stayed for the month of February. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Great view of the Ocean from balcony. Walkable to everything and the town had a great vibe. Mostly it was just my husband and I but also had some family stay a few days. We would definitely come back.

Great views and convenient location

Really enjoyed the views from the porch and proximity to restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The unit itself needs to be updated big time. The furniture was outdated and needed to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Overall the space was functional and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen did have plenty cooking equipment and that helped.

Awesome location

I have stayed here 4 times now and love the location. Very simple furnishings that could use some updating but good linens, towels and beds. The parking and elevator is good. My only complaint would be the flooring. It’s like bamboo or something so just bring some house slippers, lol!

Folly vacation

The property was very clean & in the perfect location. We did not have a car and everything was walkable. We did rent a golf cart one day & it was fun! We had an amazing stay there.
