Cute place - has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Loved the location for the price. There is only one small bathroom upstairs so if you have any trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you! Parking on site is a plus!

We loved our time at Folly Beach and the booking was just icing on the cake. It was super close to the beach and easy to find. The place was very clean and the host was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Our host was super responsive any time I had a question. The beach access was so close and we loved being able to wash up before going inside. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy.It is stated in the listing but the staircase is very narrow and steep so keep that in mind.Would stay again for sure.

This housing unit has three different choices to stay at. They were all perfect. all the conveniences exactly what we had wanted. Great location. Plan on going back again next year and we’ll stay at the same one. The unit was pet friendly, I didn’t bring my pets, but I had no problems with any of the pets and the other units resolve very clean. 10 is my score.

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Stairs are a bit narrow. Very clean. AC was good. Access to the beach was great! Access to local restaurants very good and walkable. Great communication with the host. Overall we had a lovely time.

We enjoyed our time at this place and Alicia was quick with her responses when we had questions which were minimal due to her detailed information. The inside is cutely decorated and clean!! My family of five (17 yrs old) slept comfortably in this house. We were provided two towels for each person plus beach towels. The beach access felt like twenty-steps from the door of our place and downtown Folly was a ten minute walk by road. We will definitely be back to Folly!!

Excellent location, right next to #7 beach access. It made it super easy to come back for snacks and bathroom breaks. The parking space was easy to use and shaded. We ended up parking right in front of the door for convenience. Townhouse was clean, and beds were comfortable. The stairway up to the bathroom and two bedrooms is very narrow and steep so you really have to be careful not to slip. As we are older, it made it a bit harder to use. Alicia was very responsive when we reached out on a question about the grill. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location with a short walk to the beach but some distance from the busy Central Ave area. Easy check in and check out, and everything was as described and expected.

The property was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. King bed was very comfortable. Location is great as you are away from the hustle of the restaurant area and less than 100 yards from the beach. Towels and beach chairs are provided so leave yours at home. Thanks for a very relaxing stay!

Very cute apartment right near the beach. Everything was clean and in good shape. Parking was very organized and everything was well thought/planned out.

We are a small family business. Chastain's Cottages was started in the 1940's when Eula and Lois Chastain moved to Folly Beach from Thomasville GA. This home was build by them and originally had a store in it as well. Lunnette Kinard won the Miss Folly Beach pageant a few years ago (she is not telling the date!) and is still affectionately known as Miss Folly Beach by the locals. Alicia is 3rd generation and will be able to help answer any questions for you.
