Very responsive host

We enjoyed out stay in Colorado. The condo was very nice and the pool was fun! The hight of the bed in the primary bedroom was the only problem. It was ok for us, but might be a problem for older folks.

Reliable comfort

Excellent property and very communicative host. Well stocked with some essentials such as coffee, tea, oatmeal, paper towels etc which makes a big difference versus other properties. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Home away from home for us to visit family annually.

Great stay!!

We were very happy with this condo! Check in was super easy, it was very clean, and not hard to find. I loved that there was a Target and several restaurants just a half mile down the road, it was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Short stay in Denver

We were in town for a few days to see a show at Red Rocks before moving north. This rental is spacious, clean, quiet and located closely to an abundance of amenities and a nice walking path. We enjoyed it very much and would stay here again.

Great location

This is a perfect place to stay and visit the many beautiful sites around Denver. Easy access to major roads that lead in all directions. Good access for shopping and restaurants for dining. Property was well maintained and spacious. Pool and hot tub were a definite bonus so we could enjoy the beautiful CO weather.

Colorado Vacation

I was in town to visit family. The place was very clean, well supplied and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. The host was fantastic.

Everything was perfect!

Bright, spotless condo with a positive vibe. Everything was there for us; the kitchen is well stocked to cook about anything you want. Quiet neighborhood and close to great stores. The host was quick to respond to anything we needed. 5 star stay.

Perfect place

We had the perfect place for a recovery from a surgery. Kristi was amazing to communicate with and was very much flexible and understanding! The house fit our needs perfectly! The only suggestion we would give is to have at least one more chair for the common space. With our group of 4 there was only space for 3 on the love seat and chair. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again! Thank you Kristi!

Great Night's Rest!

This rental is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The rental is to the back of the apartment complex, so remember to put a light on if you're going to get back after dark. The rental was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and we slept great every night. It's nice to have a full kitchen to make a big breakfast in the morning. The washer and dryer was a bonus, so we could wash all of our clothes from hiking in the Rockies. Great communication from the owner and quick to respond! I enjoyed the pool one day as well and it was perfect to cool off on these 90+ degree days! The highway is right there, but we didn't hear a lot of road noise. Close to many restaurants and stores. For the price and location, it's totally worth it!

Denver Visit

Very noisy as condo right next to Parker Road which is very busy. No extra paper towels or napkins. Kitchen not equipped very well, there were no cleaning supplies to wipe dining table or mirrors. Most of the spices in the kitchen need to be thrown away. Overall, this is not a 5 star condo.

Girls Road Trip

I literally NEVER give 5-star ratings on anything because I feel that there is always room for improvement. However, this place deserves it! Everything was exactly how it was described. I would love to return to the area in the future and I would definitely book here again! Thank you Kristi for being a great host! I hope to book again with my husband next year. My ONLY suggestion would be to tell guests that the unit is around the back. We arrived at night and it was very difficult to see the numbers o the buildings or the units.

Pleasant Place

We were visiting Denver for a family wedding (yay! It was gorgeous!), and my husband wanted to stay somewhere near where he had lived for several years when he was little, which was Littleton. I wanted a pool or jacuzzi, so this place fit the bill. The condo was clean, and even though there's a major street close by, it's very quiet. The beds are super-comfy, and the kitchen had everything one could want for a short stay (we were there four nights). Parking is easy and there's always an open space or two nearby. One note: If you prefer a dark room at night, bring a sleep mask. There are bright lights outside that are on all night, and even the window shades and curtains couldn't completely block it all. Check-in and -out was super-easy, and Kristi was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Exactly what we needed

Condo was exactly as advertised-good space and quiet (except for light highway noise during the super quiet hours of the night, using a fan was a great help). We did have some trouble finding the unit but looking back at our check in instructions, at the very very bottom is a map of how to get to it. We didn’t see it because it is after all the info that is usually the last thing you see in an email. Be sure to look all the way down for the instructions if you rent this property. It will save you time searching around. I recommend this property and will probably stay in one of these in the future. I’m

Sister Summit

The pictures represented the condo properly. It was a very cute corner unit with two sizable bedrooms. The master suite had a huge comfortable bed. My parents and I were in CO to support my sister's recovery after brain surgery. Having our own spot to call home and decompress was a must. The neighborhood was nice but a tad far from the PT facility and my sister's house. Fortunately, we had use of a family member's car which made getting back and forth more manageable. Kristi's place is welcoming and was supplied with paper goods, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cookware and dishes. And, a welcome packet of popcorn was provided in the kitchen. The only blip on the radar was finding a heavily soiled cooking sheet left in the oven. I let Kristi know and she thanked me and said she will talk with her cleaners. Nonetheless, I would recommend Kristi's place to anyone traveling to the Denver area.

Lovely Condo

Overall, this condo was exactly as advertised. Pros: two good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms Everything we needed was provided (paper towels, cleaning supplies, all the basics for the kitchen, extra towels for the pool, etc) Good location near lots of local stores/restaurants and easy access to highway Nice size for our family of four The owner was very responsive to questions. One small fan broke and was replaced quickly. The pool and hot tub were nice and relatively empty whenever we used them. Cons: Overall, the condo was very clean (kitchens, bathrooms) BUT the cleaning service did miss a few things. There was a pair of men's underwear and pants in one of the drawers (clean appearing) and a pair of socks under one of the beds. Not crazy about moving other people's clothing, especially socks and underwear The location is nice, but it is next to a major road, so there is a decent amount of road noise. This did not bother us much, but if you're not used to it, it might. The windows (especially in the second bedroom) could use some darkening curtains. It gets very bright in the second bedroom, and it did wake the kids up. We hung a blanket over the rod and that helped a lot. Overall, a great stay. A few more details could make it perfect! We would stay here again. Great value for the price and location.
