Location, Convenience and Cleanliness

We loved our stay at this property! Not inly was the check-in easy, I did not receive the information for access to the apartment. I contacted the owner directly and she was more than polite and helpful! The location is amazing and has access to all of the local stores, the neighborhood felt safe and clean and the apartment itself was adorable and clean! I will def return to this rental again when traveling to this area!

Cute apartment

Small but adequate for 4 people and it had everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The house was spotlessly clean and was within minutes of restaurants and bars.

Great condo in safe area

This was a great place to stay! The area felt super safe. We were close to shopping and restaurants. When I had a question about check-in the owner responded quickly. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect cozy family bunk spot

This condo was the perfect spot for experiencing Denver. It was close to shopping with easily accessible highways. The beds were comfortable and Kristi was super responsive and available if you needed anything.

Great place to stay

We attended a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This condo was perfect, great location, clean and quiet lovely. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

The location was perfect- quick to some shopping and restaurants, but not too busy. Easy to get to other parts of the area. It was clean, lots of dishes/cooking equipment. A pool/hot tub is a less than a one minute walk from the unit.

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, parking was easy, and the location was close to major highways so taking day-trips was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for our stay

Great location fir us. Clean and safe. Woukd suggest more silverware and plates as there was only a 4 piece setting. If you doubled that it woukd mean less water use in the dishwasher. Also, perhaps some additional supplies in the washer and dryer area. Overall, great communication and a great stay. Would recommened for sure.

Just right

Nice area. Easy access to everywhere we traveled including Denver and surrounding areas, Colorado Springs. Our host made everything easy to figure out and our room had just what we needed for cooking and taking a break in a quiet calm community setting to recharge between travel.
