Welcoming and Wonderful Main Floor Condo

This beautiful, quiet home is recently remodeled and a fully furnished one story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Aurora/Parker, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.

This one story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use. If there is anything missing - Just ask!

**THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES.

***The hot tub and pool are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Any stay over 1 week may be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee.

The property is very safe with outdoor security cameras. Garages are available for $10.00 per night upon request.

The condo was just as advertised. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The host was attentive, responsive and determined to ensure my stay was perfect. Parking was ample. Plus the condo was conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Very lovely home. Clean, good temperature. We really enjoyed use of the pool to do laps at night and the hot tub to relax after a long day of workshops and classes.

Just as depicted

Very nice two bedroom/two bath unit on first floor near pool. Easy access to local eateries and access to highway to get around town. Quiet and comfortable unit with an engaging owner.

There was really only one neg thing. The Bed and the bedding need to switched out. One side of the bed has a severe valley. I was only using one side so i switched, But it felt weird not to sleep on my side. Pillows were flat and they should have been king size and four of them, not two standard pillows and two couch pillows. This being said and taken with a grain of salt (as i am a bit of a princess and the pee)Very Clean, Great location, quite neighborhood, if i could deduct a half star I would instead of a whole.

Better than a hotel

Place was clean and well appointed with linens and kitchen supplies. The cherry creek trail is a short walk away and is a nice little escape.
