This home is absolutely stunning and immaculate! Each room is professionally decorated, and all four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, as well as an additional powder room. The neighborhood is charming, wooded, and peaceful. Beach access is conveniently located at the end of the street, though be prepared for quite a few stairs. The rental management company was exceptional, responding promptly to any questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Vacation

We had a terrific stay. The house was neat and tidy upon arrival. The bikes and golf cart were a welcome bonus. The management company was great to work with. Overall a great week!

Loved our stay. Had a couple hiccups (frig in dining room and no lights on golf cart). Overall we had a great family vacay.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful week at Casa De La Sirena! The front porch swing was a fav! Our group of 7 had plenty of space to enjoy fellowship together in this gorgeous home. We also enjoyed the pool, biking through the amazing neighborhood, taking the golf cart for quick drive to beach access, and the other amenities around 30A! Highly recommend!

We had the BEST week at this beautiful home! The pool facilities were amazing and directly across the street. The golf cart made going to the beach super simple! Oversee staff and management were more than helpful, and immediately addressed any question we had. By far the best beach experience EVER and I’ve been coming to this area for many years. We are definitely interested in booking this property again and also any other properties managed by Oversee.

First family vacation with grandkids

We had a great week. The house fit our families needs. They had plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. Loved being so close to the pool. Golf cart was extremely helpful getting us to the beach. Steering the golf cart was difficult. House also has an individual ice maker which we loved. Porch furniture could use some work but the kids loved playing in the screened area.

Awesome girls trip

The only recommendation I have is for the sign name to be changed from casa de la sirena to mermaid house or whatever is listed on the signage. We had a hard time locating it. Access was easy. Make sure you download the hospitality app. It has all your access codes and information. The house was beautiful. Location was awesome. Golf cart was a blessing. Its a bit hard to steer but we enjoyed using it. The beach and water was beautiful. I have never been to Florida in September but highly recommend it. Traffic is so much better than during peak months. We spent many a relaxing evening on the screened in front porch. Bedrooms are a nice size, bathrooms are great. All in all a 5 star experience!

The neighborhood is quaint and set apart from other neighborhoods, yet still easy enough to get to the beach with the bikes or golf cart. The only downside - which we didn't realize when we booked the property - was the stairs down to the beach. We had an 18-month baby in tow, and with a variety of beach "gear" it was unexpected when we saw we had ~40 stairs to go from the boardwalk to the beach...not complaining, just didn't know. Overall, the house was beautiful and fantastic...know that the walls are a bit thin, so noise travels, but not too bad. The screened in porch was a huge plus for hanging out in the evenings. We'd definitely stay again.

Casa de la Sirena or is the other name on the sign??

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, if you go looking for Casa de la Sirena, you will never find it. The name on the house is something totally different. Might want to invest in a new sign.Nice house, good golf cart, just across the street from the pool. 10 min walk to beach access. Needs routine maintenance...broken tile in master bath, broken handle in kitchen.Only major issue was that the primary refrigerator was broken, but we were not informed of this issue, and when I tried to get Oversee to tell me if this was going to be repaired.....absolute silence! The back up fridge is small requiring us to make multiple trips to the grocery store. If Oversee would have told me upfront of this issue prior to our arrival or responded to my text when we checked in, this could have been handled in a professional manner.

Seacrest Rental Review

Overall the property is great. Love the first floor open kitchen/family room/porch AND proximity to the pool. A lot of maintenance issues that would prevent me from saying our stay was great and returning to this home. There was a random fridge in the living room when we checked in, thinking this was a little ghetto but we are an easy going family and decided to look at the upside as having more storage space for fridge overflow. Little did we realize that the fridge was there as a temporary solution for the main fridge being broken ... Grill was also broken and didn't realize until we pulled cover off to find all knobs were broken off and propane tank completely empty. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced b/c on the first day we went to use it, water spraying from the base. Golf cart was a great asset to have, but needs to be checked out bc the steering was impossible and wheel would lock up. So a lot of maintenance type problems that couldve been avoided from day 1.

Wonderful vacation! This was our first time staying in a house after many condos and we much prefer the space and quiet of the house. The house was very clean and spacious. The location was great and having a golf cart made everything convenient and fun! The beach was nice and not crowded. We did have a problem with the beach chair service the first day, but the office was quick to straighten it out. The pool was a little small, but nice and never crowded. We loved having visits from the community cat in the morning. I would definitely recommend this property!

We especially enjoy the golf cart, beach set-up, and the bikes. The house itself is very nicely furnished, and we love the comfortable king and queen beds in each bedroom. The open floor plan downstairs is spacious and comfortable. The house is clean and well-maintained. We love the proximity to the pool as well. Customer service has always been easy and prompt. The only thing I can think of to add for convenience would be a pack and play for the babies. We look forward to staying here again!

Terrible 2021 stay, 2020 was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator did not work, blinds were on floor when we arrived, no insides to coffee pot, floors were filthy, the real issue - the air conditioning would go down to 50 or 52 several times in the night despite being set at 72 degrees FI loved the house but there were so many issues this year that I would never recommend it again.The management co. came out and said the air was fixed but I was so tired of calling everyday due to problems. Very disappointed. They said the new owner did not know much about technology and was having issues setting the Nest Thermostat.

The couch also had a lot of stains from things getting spilled on it. We called and they sent a guy with a vacuum cleaner. We ended up just covering the couch with sheets so we could sit on it. Also the floors were not really clean. For the price we could live with it. The main problem is that I was told that we could put beach chairs at the bottom of the boardwalk. I asked several times to make sure. It was not true. We had to walk down the beach because owners of the condos on the beach had that access. Very frustrating. Just be honest and we would not have been upset. We had elderly parents which made it a challenge.
