The house was very nice and in a great location. The TVs need to be updated to at least smart TVs and are very small for the space. Other than that I’d say it’s a great place to stay

Overall our stay was wonderful. Some newer nonstick cookware and a few large serving bowls would be a nice addition. Also, better Wi-Fi to all areas of the house would be much appreciated. When the Keurig died a new one was delivered immediately. Watercolor amenities were fantastic.

Beautiful home with lots of room for everyone. The electric cart makes this house an exceptional pr

Well appointed furnishings and decor. The house is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was equally well appointed with high end appliances; however, we were disappointed to experience the same attention to detail was not provided in the dish, glass, and cutlery. We were very happy with our selection of this beautiful home. The location was exactly as described, 7 mint walk to the beach or a 3 minute cart ride.

Great Location

We loved the location of the property and the space. It was perfect for our family of 9 with plenty of space for everyone. We also liked the layout of the kitchen as it was spacious and everyone could be in the common area at one time. The location was great and so easy to get to the beach and beach club, WaterColor park and the Lakes pool, get to the grocery store and Seaside Town Center. The only downfalls were that the property still had some residue/items leftover from previous guests and the bikes were not very high quality. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Fall break

The house is perfectly situated close to everything. Watercolor has wonderful facilities. The beach is specatcular and even in October it is beach weather. The house has everything you need. And what you don’t bring you can find at Publix a few blocks away. The grill worked and there was extra propane. The house was comfortable and the efficiency is great for teens. Great stay and great mgmt company

We had a great stay at Western Lake Drive. The management company allowed us into the home early and did a great job communicating via text. There was a issue with the golf cart but sent a tech over within an hour. The house was clean, big, and a great location. We used the bikes to go to the watercolor beachclub and beach, and also go to seaside and grayton. We had 4 couples and 1 single (9 total) and had plenty of space. The walls are kindof thin not a single other complaint. Props to Sanders Management, they're doing a graet job deliverying the customer service you expect for cost of the house.

Great choice for a family vacation!

We loved this house!! It was just right. The house is well built and in a perfect location. It is within easy walking/bike ride distance of the beach club. The bikes are in really good condition and are comfortable. 6 bikes were plenty for our needs for 10 people. The house is well decorated and family room and dining room sofas and chairs are very comfortable. It says the house does not come with beach towels; however, they aren’t really necessary as the beach club gives you a fresh towel every day. The kitchen is very nice; however, you may want to consider bringing a large salad bowl or large Pyrex dish in your car when you come, if you will be cooking for a large group. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. The management group was very accommodating for us. We would definitely rent this house again!

We can't wait to come back!!

I had never been to 30A and I was concerned about the craziness of Spring Break, but we couldn't have stayed at a better house to accommodate myself, my husband, our two daughters and 7 additional teenagers. The house was beautiful, simple, clean, and close to everything we needed (Publix, the club pool, tennis courts, public beach, club private beach, Seaside shops, the food trucks, etc.) If we didn't want to walk, we had 8 bikes and a 6-person golf cart to also get us around, so there was never any transportation issues, which was an appreciated bonus. Thank you for an absolutely amazing vacation - we can't wait to come back!

Great Location

Great location and beautiful property! Pro: Location is superb. House is beautiful and beds were clean and comfortable. Communication with property team was great. Plenty of space for a large family, we had 10 total. Cons: the kitchen is very large and disorganized, which makes for finding items difficult. House does not come with beach towels, normally most do which means those who are flying in must pack them or go buy. The golf cart is very old and we had issue with turning the wheel while parking. The couch and chairs are white and we’re pretty dirty and sandy upon arrival. We ordered cribs and high chairs and those did not deliver before we checked in. Had to call to get status.

Thank you so much for your 4-star review! We are so thrilled you enjoyed the lovely 672 Western Lake and the location of the home. So thrilled to hear the home was clean and comfortable for everyone. Customer service is very important to us, so we are thrilled to hear everything was great. We encourage guests to bring their own beach towels. Due to COVID-19, the towel service is down. We had the golf cart serviced after your departure and we are thrilled to say everything is properly working. We strongly suggest if there are any issues during your stay to notify our team so we can quickly address any concerns as your stay is very important to us. We also appreciate you taking time to provide feedback as this only helps improve the guest experience for others We hope to have you and your family back down on 30A again with us soon.
